I definitely prefer the two wheel style. I appreciate the color accents at baggage claim.

the manufacturing quality is not as good as it used to be. it's ok now but it used to be the gold standard. getting ahold of an actual person to talk to was impossible, only possibility was some web directed interaction but never with a person. used to love travel pro but not so much after my last purchases

Everything about the bag is fine with one exception and that's the most important aspect of the bag: THE WHEELS. Beyond pathetically bad: noisy, cheap, feels like I'm pulling a plow. I was pilot for major airline for 30 years; used travelpro my whole career. Ever bag has been relatively rugged, standing up to airline career abuse but every single time TP went cheap on the wheels. Just put some high end in-line skate wheels on, charge me the extra $25 and save me swapping out wheels on every stinking rollie I've bought!

I love the product for it's craftsmanship, style and functionality. I have only one concern - one of the zippers has already been damaged and inoperable only after a few months in service. I realize that the airlines are tough on luggage, as I fly 4-5 times per week 46 weeks a year; however, I just didn't think it would be this quick to see damage this distructive.

Buyer beware... I travel frequently and purchased this bag based on friends comments about TravelPro. The internal aluminum forks broke on my second trip... To make it worse, I've been trying to get in touch with the company for over a month with absolutely no luck. Case numbers are #10889 and #11961, and are floating in one and zero land, best I can tell. Nothing but initial automated responses from travelpro. All great that they stand behind their products (aka, marketing), until a customer actually asks them to follow through... Maybe they are better when you finally reach them. Unfortunately, I wouldn't know...
