These shoes are awesome! I have very sensitive feet for all types of shoes. I am a mild overpronator and definitely need shoes with arch support. (have used Brooks Adrenaline and New Balance 860 in the past). After getting cramps in my feet using running shoes for kickboxing, cardio classes, etc. (I am not much of a runner), I realized that I needed a cross trainer. These have excellent arch support, are great for lateral movement, and perfect for an overpronator! I tried the New Balance cross trainer which were quite expensive and I got cramps in my feet. No cramps with these! I do not normally write reviews but I am so happy that I found these shoes!

Found my soulmate cross-trainer! I've tried lots of brands/styles. Most were too bulky, too stiff, not enough cushioning, or looked like clown shoes. These shoes provide excellent arch support (I have medium-high arches), great cushioning, but not as bulky on the bottom as a running shoe, and good support for lateral movements. I use these for my indoor workouts: Zumba, Turbo Kick, weight lifting, and plyo work. I'm actually buying a 2nd pair in another color because I like them so much. Also, like most fitness shoes, I'd recommend ordering a 1/2 size larger.

So far, I'm loving these for my high arch and high instep feet. I needed a supportive, yet cushioned shoe for Jazzercise and these ones work great. No need to break them in either. I just hope they last.

Out of the box these shoes are sleek, bright, and a great color. I have fairly flat, slightly wide feet, wear a neutral shoe, and usually wear a size 7 in regular shoes and 7.5 in fitness shoes. I bought these in a 7.5 and they work for me, but an 8 might've worked, too. When I put them on the first time I noticed a little pinching where the thicker material meets the mesh on the sides of the shoe. I was going to return them right then but decided to wear them around the house for a little bit to see if that would help. Sure enough, the shoes broke in a little and continue to get more and more comfortable as I wear them. They are great for cross training, HIIT, cardio, etc. I haven't run in them yet, but I have a different pair of shoes for that type of activity. Overall I really like the shoe!

Love the show but sizing if off! I ended up ordering two more sizes to try but kept only a half size up from my regular size. They are also a snugger Asics Shoe but overall I really like them!

This shoe runs small. I usually wear a 7 in shoes, and a 7.5 in Asics. The 7.5 was small. I returned for a size 8 and it fits fine. The shoe is very comfortable.

I like to do crossfit style workouts which consists of lots of rowing, weights, and squats. Perfect shoe for this. Very comfortable out of box. Provides the right amount of support. I would not use for running, I don't think. I think it's fine for walking.

Love, love, love these shoes so much this is my second pair! Light, flexible, super comfortable cross trainers. I'd highly recommend them!

I love this shoe for walking and fitness training. Wide base, good arch support. I haven't used these for running. I wear them also when I'm working on my feet all day and my feet never felt better.

I originally ordered size 10 because that is what I normally wear but they were a bit small. I ordered a 1/2 size up and it was barely bigger but overall fit better! So I am thinking the 10 is more like a 9.5 and the 10.5 is more like a 10.

My HAPPY FEET can not be more grateful for my Asics Gel-Graze TR3s! I needed a shoe I could wear every day (18+ hrs on my feet) and handle lateral movements in gym classes. These shoes replaced another pair of Asics gels that I wore every day for 5 years. I am amazed how light they are, while they offer so much comfort and support for standing, walking, or kicking it at the gym. I tried Nike Free shoes and they weren't enough support, and my running shoes weren't good for standing or lateral movements. My feet are in Heaven now!

I just received these shoes today. I absolutely love everything about them. They are lightweight, adorable and just what this mom has been looking for. I went through 2 pairs from another company but was unhappy. Ordered a pair before these but since I am not a runner I needed a cross trainer. These are the best shoes I've ever owned!! Thank you Zappos's for your excellent customer service!!!

I wear a size 7, but ordered a 7.5 after reading reviews about this shoe being sort of small. They are too big. Sending them back for 7s.

I absolutely love these shoes. I purchased them for Jazzercise and they are a perfect fit for my needs. They are beautiful, black and pink, my favorite color combination. I love that the sole is pink and black vs the white soles so many athletic shoes have. They are very comfortable. I normally wear a size 11 in athletic shoes since I put in an orthotic, so I need a little extra room. The size 11 I purchased was perfect for my needs. These are one of my favorite workout shoes. I feel they give me the support I need and work with me as I jazzercise. They are so pretty, I just love them in every way!!!

I want to buy the entire stock of these shoes and roll around in them. I am a loyal Asics fanatic, and these are by far my favorite model I have tried over the past 10 years. I use them mainly for Crossfit and they are great for any day at the gym whether it is a running based or weight lifting based workout. They are supremely light, do not let my ankles roll on lateral movements, and give just the right amount of arch support. LOVE. Just ordered my second pair (thank you Zappos for getting my size back!!)

Just got my shoes and rushed over to write a quick review. These Asics are wonderful! I have been wearing Rykas almost exclusively for nearly 20 years but lately haven't been as happy with their quality or support. I thought I'd take a chance with these Asics even though I've never even tried a pair of this brand on -ever. However, I felt like this was a good price and I know Zappos has fabulous customer service, and I could send them back if need be. These shoes are so comfortable, right out of the box, I can't hardly believe it. So glad I decided to try Asics Gel-Craze! Thank you Asics and Zappos for these terrific shoes!! even tried a pair eve. I love these shoes! I got them for my daily workouts. I had been wearing running shoes and was having knee pain. I bought these based on positive reviews and am so happy with them! They provide the support I need for lateral moves, and I feel like they are supportive overall. I find myself wearing them a LOT because they are so comfortable. I may buy a second pair. I did order a half size up and that has worked out well. My toes have plenty of room.

After problems with 3 other pairs of cross training shoes for my Insanity workouts, I went back to Asics whom I love for running. These cross trainers have excellent cushion and great side to side stability! I won't be straying from Asics any more! I always size up 1/2 size and that was perfect.

I could not be happier with these shoes. I am a Zumba/fitness instructor and I'm always searching for that perfect pair of shoes for Zumba. I need good support & fit, the firmness & stability of a cross trainer as opposed to a dance sneaker, but with minimal tread. I have finally found it in this shoe ! I can go for Zumba to other types of classes and it works perfectly for both...I will order it again in another color soon.

These shoes are great! I use them specifically for my turbo kick class which involves a lot of jumping lateral movement and twisting and turning. I also use them for my insanity class that involves jump squats, etc. prior to purchasing the shoe I was using a Nike cross trainer. Ever since I started using these shoes for my classes my ankle pain is gone and after my classes and my legs feel great whereas before it took me forever to recoup after a class.

Love this shoe for the gym. Ordered up a half-size as I do with all my Asics and it fit perfectly.

The shoe fits great and is very comfortable, I wear for high impact aerobic exercise classes. Great heel cushioning. Zappos delivery and customer service is great!
