These shoes come off a little more like skate shoes than summertime dock shoes or Vans-like sneakers as I had hoped. I've been wearing them 2-4 times per week for about 2.5 months and the incredibly poor quality has started to show. Aside from having very little cushion in the sole, they have absolutely no traction and living in Seattle where the sidewalks are often wet has caused a relatively dangerous slip on the daily. I had a similar pair of Sanuk's that had some tearing around the outside edges where the top met the sole, but I figured it was just wear and tear after 6-9 months. These have already started to tear significantly after only 2 months and have started to fade around the edges to boot. That being said, they're very comfortable for wearing around the house, but as I usually wear them with socks, they have started to squeak with every step. I'd imagine the problem would be similar if going without socks as there is no ventilation. Overall, they're not exactly what I had hoped for, but are comfy enough. Very disappointed by quality and durability for $70+

I found that the inside of the shoe is painful to the top of the foot.... on both shoes... It appears to be coming from the location where the tongue and the flap with the lace grommets meet...I expected more from this manufacturer...

Garbage shoe. Hole ripped in toe. Every pair of Sanuk shoes I've owned wore out way too soon.

*I cannot speak on behalf of how the shoe fits, as this was supposed to be a gift. I am disappointed with how incorrectly portrayed the actual item color is vs. on the website (and I did view on multiple devices). The website shows black center with a lighter gray toe and heel. After receiving the first pair, and thinking they were defective in dye, I have now received the second pair and can confidently say that the shoes you WILL receive are a black center with a weird brownish-black toe and heel. They are atrocious. Sanuk's customer service by email is embarrassingly poor and slow. I started dealing with them beginning of November, so before holiday madhouse. I'm convinced the pony express is delivering the replies. It took more than two weeks for them to resolve my exchange. When I finally received the first reply, the responder hadn't bothered to read my email and sent the wrong blanket response. It wasn't until AFTER I completed the satisfaction survey that I had gotten a response from both the survey and what I'm guessing is their return/exchange department. If it wasn't for the fact that I'm trying to replace the awful-looking original Sanuk shoe, I would avoid this company completely.

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES! They look great, but make terrible squeaking noises while you walk!

Style was great, comfort was great, but this shoe gets a 1 star from me because the durability is terrible. The fabric separated from the rubber in less than a month and within 2 months the fabric was completely destroyed from normal wear on city streets. I will not buy another pair because I needed a new set of shoes in less than 2 months time.

I purchased these shoes in December and wore them casually for two months; both shoes started to separate at the sole from the rest of the fabric. Sanuk kindly replaced them for another pair; however, the same thing is happening on one of the shoes. I will wear other Sanuk products, just not TKO.

I wanted to love these shoes but a slight hard spot in the lining rubs on my bare foot which has chafed away skin and resulted in bleeding. I admittedly have soft skin but I am a little surprised at the hardness of the lining given that the fabric-like material. Otherwise, it's a great shoe. Versatile and stylish.

I've had at least 3 or 4 pairs of Sanuk shoes. The durability just isn't there. If you wear these a few times a week it might be fine but as an everyday shoe they fall apart in 3-5 months like clockwork.
