I love these boots!! I took one star off 'comfort' because for the right boot only, it dug into my heel a bit where the cloth meets the leather. but that lessened over a few wearings. other than that, I love them. and no discomfort now. I often wear them w/o socks because --- UGG!! The soles also have really good traction - even better than I expected. I was walking up an icy incline the other day and they were great. So lots of reasons to love these. I tried on other brands, before I bought these. but I love the way Uggs fit my feet and I love the crafts-womanship and the beauty of the boot. So, highly recommend.

This boot fits true to size. They are very comfortable & weather durable.

Warm and has good padding in the footbed

This is my second pair Keseys. They ate my favorite winter booth with awesome styling, good support and totally rain and snow resistant! Great all around boot!

I love this pair of Kesey UGGs. They look nice, they are comfortable and are great for everyday casual wear. I went with the suggested size that came up from Zappos and they were perfect. My older conventional UGGs were a size 8 and have loosened up quite a bit. These were a 7.5 and fit perfectly. A few years ago I bought the Chyler UGG in a size 8 and they were slightly loose but I kept them. They did stretch out with use a bit more than I would have liked. So these probably run similar in size and I guess 7.5 is my true size in an UGG.

Finally I found a pair of boots that fit my narrow feet and skinny ankles! These are perfect. They are cute and and go with skinny jeans well but are also sturdy.

Love everything about this boot!

I can't comment on the arch support because I take out the insert and use my orthotics. They work great with orthotics, it's nice the bottom is flat and will take whatever you want to put in it. People with plantar fasciitis, these are good, cute boots that work with orthotics so you don't look so orthopedic. I use these boots for yard work. I have put them to the test: mowing, cutting weeds, crawling around digging up briars, digging holes for new plants. I wear them on walks in the woods to stabilize my ankle when I step on roots or pine cones. They have gotten a good workout in the last 7 months and are still in good shape. Given that they're fashion boots, I was afraid they would fall to pieces after heavy duty use, but they haven't. They have some scuffs but overall have held up well. I like them so well I ordered another pair so I can look cute when I go out in normal life. It's nice to find a pair of normal shoes that work with orthotics so I don't look so orthopedic.
