I have bought these boots a little bit over a year ago. I wear them occasionally. I made researches for weeks before deciding to go with UGGs. They were my first pair. Quality seemed great at first. But then all around the shoe, leather started to get unglued. I am a very meticulous person and treat my shoes with great care. I asked customer service if they would help me pay my bill if I was bringing them to a cobbler since I had spent over $200 and expected these boots to last way longer. But they would not hear anything. This is my first and last pair I will never buy at UGG. Save your time and money !

I purchased these for my daughters birthday.She had them 3 weeks and the inside ripped.Very disappointed!!

Styling good when new. But colors start peeling off within 2 weeks of use

Looked nice and supportive because of the laces. Laces are so stiff that every time I have to tie them it breaks my nails. Also, the brown color look nice but it went off in days it already pilled so I could not returned them. after wearing them for a month it looks like I have had them for years. No support when you walk.

I read the reviews before I purchased these boots and I must wonder if those reviews were manufactured by the company itself because in the reviews I was said that they keep your feet warm and that is a big fat lie. I was at the bus stop for about ten minutes after it snowed and my feet were so cold I was afraid I might have gotten frostbite it was horrible I am so disgusted I felt like I just wasted my money I will never buy anything from you guys again.

Boots are ok

I bought this boot to travel with in Poland because the weather called for rain during by visit. I wore it to the concentration camp tour and after a day of walking in the rain my socks were wet. Very disappointed.

I got these boots as a gift, and after wearing them once, they looked incredibly scuffed (I got them in brown). After wearing them three times, the part where the sole attaches to the leather was gapping and peeling away from the shoe, breaking the waterproof seal. The back of the shoe also dug into my heel and made these unbearable to wear. The one positive thing about my shopping experience was that Ugg accepted my return for a full store credit without a receipt (since they were a gift and I didn't get a gift receipt). Will definitely look for a different pair of Uggs, but these are not the ones.

I wore these in the rain and I felt like in was going to slide and fall! and the front of the boots looked worn out after a few days of wearing them.looks stylish but definitely not worth the money. If you have money to blow them buy they for STYLE. THAT'S ALL THEY ARE GOOD FOR! They are not warm either.

I bought these boots and after 1 week of wearing them, they are completely ruined. The leather near the toes is damaged and it looks so bad that I cannot wear them anymore.

Within four days of wearing the boots to walk to and from work and the train station, the tips of both boots were scuffed as if they were months old. They look horrible. Terrible quality.

I bought these shoes because they could be worn both during snow as well as rain. I have owned these shoes for 6 months now, and I have corn between my toes and back of my feet. I am not sure if mine were defective. I bought the size that I normally wear. Initially they were fine, but later they started hurting me even when I wore a layer of socks. I wish I could return/exchange them. Very disappointed with the purchase :(

I have worn these shoes often over the last two months since I have purchased them. They look great but I just noticed the rubber sole is starting to separate from the leather. The price does not represent the quality of the product. Very disappointed.

Was very disappointed that boot was so uncomfortable. Didn't expect it to be like Ugg classic boot but did expect a very comfortable boot.

I'm going on vacation and needed a waterproof shoe/boot that could be worn with leggings or jeans. These were exactly what I was looking for but they were so very uncomfortable. Tough to zip up. Too tight at ankle. Too tight across foot. Being an UGG product I thought that they would have been much more comfortable. Very disappointed.

I was so disappointed, as these are really nice looking boots. Were it not for the oddly stiff fabric on the base of the tongue, I would have kept and loved them. The base of the tongue jabbed into my inner ankle bones so much that I could not tolerate to wear them for more than ten minutes. I returned them. Please consider making these in all leather. That stiff 50 poly/ 50 wool fabric is uncomfortable and unyielding.

Shoe is fine but customer service is not.

I wore these out in the rain for the first time today, and my toes were wet by the end of the day. Definitely not waterproof.
