The strap came off after a couple of wearings however they were replaced with a new pair. Great customer service.

I love these boots. I live in Northern Idaho which gets a ton of snow and these shoes have held up great! They are waterproof, warm and very stylish.

Already owned these in brown, so was thrilled to get them in black also. Perfect for wet weather or dry. Cute with jeans and skirts. Extremely comfortable.

This boots are the ones, i like all UGG products but reality is that they usually too big, these pair are just right, so pretty, comfortable, warm, and so young. Love them!

I always wear these boots when I walk from work to class (about 20 minutes) after it's snowed because they're so great. They're not heavy duty so still cute, but if I step in a slush puddle or have to stomp through snow, the water instantly runs off and they dry right away. Warm and comfy!

This is the best boot! I saw these boots on a young lady as I was walking, and they were so cute that I had to have them! I went to the UGG website and ordered them the same day. They were delivered in a timely manner, and fit right out of the box. They're very cute, stylish and warm. They hold up to rain and cold weather very well. I would definitely recommend these boots to my friends.

I have a terrible time finding shoes/boots that are comfortable, but these are AMAZING! I have heel and arch issues, but I can walk for miles in these boots! I wear them with jeans, dress slacks, and some skirts. These boots are so stylish and well made that I'm going to purchase them in the black as well!

I fell in love with these boots online and I was not disappointed when they arrived. They look great and I can wear them with anything- dress pants to work and jeans for a night out. They are also very comfortable. The only challenge is putting them on. Maybe it's my size 11 foot, but I had to really pull and tug these on. They're worth it though.

I have semi-problematic feet. I have a bunion and flat feet. Therefore, I usually need a wide width, but took a chance on these because the style was exactly what I was looking for. They are just great! The fit feels true to size. The boot feels sturdy and durable. They look and feel, just as I hoped and expected.

LOVE these boots! No need to "break in" - super comfortable straight out of the box! Usually wear between 7 - 7.5 so I ordered the 7.5 and they're a perfect fit (just enough wiggle room for toes & for a thicker sock if needed).

Warm, comfy boot. I bought them to wear on a trip and think they will be perfect.
