It was too wide and hard to walk in. The arch support was very poor (but then again, I have a very high arch - so others might disagree with me on this point.) I had to return.

This is a very comfortable show for work, especially if you’re constantly walking. The only downside is that it was too loose. I’m normally a size six and these shoes kind of slip off but other than that they’re great!

As per the Zappos fit check that I did, I ordered a size 10, which I normally wear. They are too big, but very comfortable

This is the fourth pair of shoes for work I've ordered from Zappos and it is the closest to fitting as I have gotten. I ordered the wide width because I have wide feet. These felt very comfortable but they were a little roomy in the toes. If they wouldn't stretch out (which, given the mesh outside I imagine they will) I would keep them. I'm going to try for the medium width. The size seemed perfect --I don't think I'd want to order a size up. The material is comfortable, and I believe washable (since working in a bakery can be messy!). As for the arch support, I put excellent because they feel so comfortable. I assume that's what is meant--I've never had a problem with shoes fitting at all until the last few years. Thank you Zappos for having the return policy you do. I can't find anything locally for slip resistant work shoes, and I hate to shop to boot, (no pun intended) so being able to ship items back with no problem is really nice. I feel like I'm taking advantage. I appreciate being able to.

Too wide in the heel. Very comfy but a "sloppy" fit.

Runs small.

Super comfy and pretty slip resistant, not as supportive as a more traditional clog style but more comfy in the foot bed and upper. Dont wash them though, they fell apart the first time.
