Very comfortable, works well with my orthotics. I have narrow feet and have been searching for some time for a pair of casual flats I won't walk right out of, with the strap on these I have no problem.

I love these shoes! I have a high arch so the strap is helpful. But they still look cute. Very comfortable! True to size for me.

I have narrow feet and am hard to fit. I like these shoes very much and just ordered another color. They run a little big so instead of my normal 8.5, I moved down to an 8 for perfect fit. Very comfortable and deep enough to hold my insert.

The shoes seem to be a half size smaller than I normally wear. Thanks to Zappo's great service, I immediately ordered another pair a half size larger, and had them 2 days later. They have good support and work well with a thin insole I already had.

I wanted these shoes to work for me because they are really cute. Unfortunately, something about the fit just didn't work for me. It felt like my heel kept slipping up and down in the back of the shoe, yet the toe box felt cramped. It was a bit strange.

I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 medium. The 9.5 was the best fit in this shoe for me but the comfort just isn't there. Arch support is just fair, at best. I could not wear anything but the thinnest sock due to lack of extra room. I just love my Merrell Encore Chill Clog in size 10. I've been spoiled by the comfort of that shoe.

This is a very cute sandal but it felt too narrow and close on the sides. I'm a pretty solid medium foot width, and have been a happy Merrill customer for years. So, this was a bummer because I really thought it was cute and otherwise comfortable. But I returned it because too narrow.

I have older styles of Merrell shoes which are comfortable and durable because the uppers are leather. Even though much of the upper of this shoe is leather on the exterior the interior is lined with some hard material which immediately hurt my feet! I doubt that they will ever mold to my foot so I'm sending them back. I'm really disappointed in Merrell.
