I bought these sandals ten (10) + years ago in a store in Vancouver, Canada. I still wear them as I did every spring, summer and fall! They went on walks, into rivers, into the ocean, rain, sun, hot asphalt in Phoenix, AZ (where I live since I left Vancouver in 2002) - and they just started showing their age! The soles are dried and started cracking THIS summer! I want to get another pair, but black (like mine) is not available - really a major issue with me as all other colours just don't cut it! I believe I'll just buy the brown ones and spray all straps black, unless there is a black option - which I don't see here! I believe this 10+ years old pair really belongs in a museum to attest to the quality of Merrell. I also have the Merrell hiking boots I bought good 20 years ago and they are still like new, despite frequent use in all terrains!

Needing some sandals that would support my arch and keep me walking for miles on end through Europe, I landed on this selection after a good bit of research. I have a narrow foot and at the time could only find the 8M but the fit was great. Out of the two pairs of Merrells I took with me, these were my favorite. So incredibly comfortable and secure, they saved my feet.

My pair from 2 years ago was starting to wear (velcro mostly) so I jumped online quickly to get a new pair. Lucky me, reduced for end of summer! I do love this sandal, it is just like wearing flipflops but heel is secure. I barely know I am wearing it but can walk long distances and even some kinds of terrain. I wear a 6.5, but already know that size 7's are too long, I trip on them. Both times the 6 has worked great. I like the strappy look, too.

This is my second pair of Terrans. And when these wear out, I will buy a third pair. They only get more comfortable with wear. My new puppy just happened to help this 2nd purchase along. It's like they were made specifically for my feet. Better than most for arch support. Bought my first pair after walking miles on a vacation. They were pillows for my feet. I wore them the rest of the trip without breaking them in and had no adjustment issues. For those who've had issues with the Velcro, don't use it. I adjusted mine when I first wore them, and only slipped them on & off after that. Never had Velcro issues. Highly recommend with rave reviews.

this is a nice weekend shoe. I use it when doing housework and shopping. My feet constantly hurt and these have enough support to offer relief. they go great with shorts. I wish I could have gone 1/2 size down only because the straps are already at their tightest.

I wore these sandals for a week walking throughout London with no break-in period before. They were comfortable, which is something I find rare in a shoe, no blisters, no discomfort. I love Merrells, and other than a pair of dress flats, the only other shoe I wore on the trip were a pair of Merrell sneakers. I have heel pain, and these sandals let me walk all day.

I love these sandals! I had foot surgery years ago and I have found that when I get a pair of Merrell shoes I can wear them ALL day and my foot doesn't hurt at all. I would recommend these sandals to everyone!

We have hardwood floors and my feet hurt all the time. Bought these to wear around the house. Love them! I want a second pair!

I love my Merrell sandal. This is the third pair of sandals that I have ordered in the last 2 years. However, I have to order one size smaller in the sandals then I would normally wear since they tend to run a little big for me. I do a lot of walking and have to have comfortable shoes and these fit the bill for me. They look good and they are comfortable and my feet don't hurt after walking in them for long distances.

Sandals look great, better than on the computer, they fit true to size, and are extremely comfortable! I am really thinking about buying more in some of the other colors.

This is my second pair of this style, wore out the last pair. Wore them everyday for the last two years. Great style, good shoe.

These sandals were exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a sandal that had a back strap and wasn't too big looking on my feet. The straps are small but study and most are adjustable. These sandals are excellent for all day walking in the city or easy hikes.

These were really comfy and molds to my feet. When I walk it doesn't squeak and you can tighten or loosen the straps easily. The clip is a bit hard to unsnap but I hard ever mess with it anyway. It also still looks cute and feminine unlike other bulky walking/hiking sandals out there. The price is hard to beat too!
