My second pair from this brand and perfect gym shoe. Flat, wide in toe box, secure to ground. Excellent overall.

I was looking for a good training shoe that provided more lateral support than a running shoe. Seems like the market is inundated with running shoes that are meant to go forward and back, not side to side. I was very happy with them, and surprised how light weight they were. They land a little hard, so avoid doing your sprint drills in them.

These are the 3rd pair of inov-8s that I have owned in the last couple of years. I am an avid crossfitter and Oly lifter and really like the F-Lite 250's. Traditionally I have been wearing Reebok Nano or Nike Metcons for Crossfit and the Inov-8 Lifters for Oly lifting. I decided to change from the Metcon to the F-Lite and feel that the weight, fit and support is far superior to the above mentioned.

great fit, roomy toe box with a barefoot type feel, not alot of cushioning but they are not clunky and move well with you so you don't seem to be pounding the ground. Zappos service it's fantastic! Got the shoes the next day!

Great shoes with a nice wide toe box for my toes to spread out. Not too thick, not too thin. This is a perfect blend of weightlifting shoe and running shoe for me.

These work great for Crossfit! Extremely comfortable and more heel support than previous versions of the F-Lite. Highly recommend! (I've used Nano 4.0, 5.0 and previous F-Lites, these IMO are the best! :)

These were recommended to me by a physical therapist. I wear have fairly flat feet and wear orthodics, but as I'm working to get my feet to a place where I no longer need them, these shoes are perfect! I take a lot of bootcamp and Zumba classes and these really help me move faster and more nimbly, but still give the support I need. Not the prettiest but whatever! ALSO order a half to full size up. I wear a women's 11 but had to go a half size up.

The nano and metcon were too boxy and the minimus was hard on my feet when running, but the 250 provides a nice balance between forefoot cushioning, a heel good for squats and other lifts and that locks in comfortably, and a shoe that hugs the feet while allowing you to splay your toes.

I wear this shoe mostly for crossfit and it works as well as the 230 and 195 but I can't feel the ground quite as well with the 250 (which is great when running). These shoes breathe better than any other inov8 I have owned. I went down a half size and might try going down a half size more with my next pair. I will definitely but these again!

I've only worn two weeks but like these shoes for working out and crossfit. They have a little more cushioned sole than Inov-8 F-240 Lite that I previously had been wearing. I marked as moderate arch support, but there isn't much. Overall, a great shoe.

A couple of things here. First about the inov-8 F-lite 250. This show is great. The stiff heel is just what the doctor ordered for deadlifting and squats. However, the front is pliable enough so you can get your cardio in without feeling like Frankenstein. As for Zappos: awesome as always. Fit is true to size.

This is my fifth pair on inov-8s, and for good reason. This company is top notch! I will say that the F 250 is definitely a different fit and feel than my usual F 240. I can notice more cushion in the heel (also the appearance makes it looks like there is more cushion there) as well as more arch support. Not quite the minimalist feel that I had grown accustomed to, but I love them! I think it's actually an improvement for me personally, because I needed a little more support. Great product once again!

My second pair of Inov-8s and I like them more than the first ones. I use them in a crossfit like environment and they have so far held up well and are supportive. I just squatted today with them and they provide adequate support as an every workout type of training shoe.

These shoes fit well and are comfortable. I have wide feet and these do not feel tight at all. I (obviously) like the color and design and they are suitable for CrossFit (and I'm sure other fitness activities/sports) and every day wear.

Great fitting shoe. Just wish to God that they would remove the stupid foot icon from their logo and from the shoe. It's ridiculous looking especially for an adult male's shoe. Just my opinion.

I had noticed that the F-Lit 195 were a bit too minimalist for my long distance running and experienced knee problems. I have purchased these since they had more padding. I find that they work really great for long distance running and are still minimal in weight. The one thing is the shoe strings seem like they will break easily so I purchased new ones.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)

The shoes themselves are quality, I put my footwear through its paces. They did require more breaking in than other shoes I have had. The WORST thing about these shoes are the laces, which will come undone every other second. You will tuck them in to the shoe after they are tied, but they will still slip out and then come undone, so infuriating...

Looks great and I wanted to like this shoe, but the toe box was the most uncomfortable I have ever felt in a shoe. I have other Inov-8 shoes in size 11, but had to go to size 11.5 and my toes were still scrapping the hard toe guard. The Size 12 would have been too big. Redesign the toe cap and you have a winner.
