I have worn Brooks for years! The Adrenaline 16 is the most uncomfortable Brooks shoe I have ever worn. I loved my past Adrenaline Shoes. Unfortunately, I threw away the box. I just assumed it would fit as well as past Brooks shoes. What was I thinking? Wish I would have stockpiled others.

A little narrow in the toe box so I may have to return them- great support though with my orthtotics , I tried them without the orthotics but I overpronated on my bad foot

I am an overpronator who needs stability and cushioning. These Brooks Adrenaline 16's are okay. The whole length of the shoe felt stiff, like I was walking on a board. Hardly any flex in the shoe at all. I normally rave over Brooks, they're one of my favorite running shoe brands, but sadly I can't see myself running in these. Additionally, the heel rubbed really bad and within 10 minutes of just walking in them, I could feel my skin blistering. I am returning these.

I'm a big fan of Brooks, I have a heavy heel strike, as well as being an ER nurse. I'm on my feet pounding concrete for 12 hours and they have always had good cushion and support. This pair feels significantly narrower in the toe-box, and is uncomfortably pinching my pinky toe all night! This is only my second shift wearing them, I'm hoping they will stretch a little, but I'm a bit displeased, and sore, at the moment.

I was so disappointed in these! I have worn the Adrenalines for years and have never been disappointed until now! The 15s fit like a glove, these feel awkward and bulky! I would have returned them, but I wore them several times trying to make them feel better when I run, but sadly, they do not. I ordered an older pair of the 15s and they feel a million times better! So frustrating for a runner!

I usually use Pure Connect but because I have a narrow fort along with recent knee problems, I thought I would go with a running shoe with more support. The 10 narrow has he right amount of room in the toe box but my heel slips almost like I am wearing a clog. Even using thick socks and a runner's knot doesn't help. I can tell the 9 1/2 would be too small. I tried to wear these a few times and am giving up.

Too big and do not fit right. I am so disapointed as I have used Brooks Adrenaline for years and it was my one reliable shoe for consistent support and fit. They have not been the same since the GTS 14 model which was great, the 15 and 16 have changed greatly, they are no longer snug on the foot (too spacious in toe box) and are much more bulky with a thick tongue and a heavy feel while running. The Adrenalines were always my go to shoe, I am sad I'll have to look for another.

I normally wear Brooks addiction for work with a 9.5 wide and they fit great but these didn't fit in 9.5 or 10 wide. I was surprised at that but they were too tight in the front of the foot where my bunions are. So I will stick to the basics gel kayano's when not at work.

Review Text: Ouch - no cushion - like walking on cement with a rock in your arch - great style for extra wide feet and need lots of toe space - not sure if I can remove the insole and put in flat cushioned insole because the arch support may be built into the shoe? Bad idea if it is! We don't all want arch support!

I wanted to like these. I went up half a size and even then they felt a touch too snug for me. I like the color and style of these, which is a rare combination with Brooks (must the colors always be so garish?). They just did not feel right and I could foresee issues down the road, so I ended up returning them.

The toe box in the extra wide is comfortable , unlike the Ariel which is narrow with no depth all of a sudden, my problem with the adrenaline is the horribly hard insole, and there is no room to add a cushion insole, it will take up your whole toe box - please cushion this insole and keep this toe box nice and extra wide, it would then be wearable

I have been buying these shoes a pair or two a year for about 8 years. For some reason, the 14, 15, 16 are ridiculously uncomfortable whether I buy a wider version, a size up, or a size and wider. Going to Saucony Omni 16 which at my regular size 12M seem to fit just perfectly.

I've been wearing the Adrenaline's for years and loved them, but this latest version is too shallow in the heel for me. I feel like I am going to walk out of it, so disappointed. Guess I'll stock up on the 15's!

Second pair of Adrenalines and will be my last. Shoe fits horribly and would not recommend. Shoe feels too long and narrow (and I ordered a wide).

I have had these shoes for 2 months and they are already falling apart with moderate use. My gts 14 hand not fallen apart in almost 2 years. I don't recommend these

Still disappointed in what used to be my go to running shoe. The past few iterations of this shoe have just not been the same. I was hoping based on feedback Brooks received, they would make changes to the shoe, but they have not.

I have worn Brooks Adrenaline shoes for at least 10 years. My last purchase was the GTS-14. I am so disappointed in this year's model. The medium width is too narrow, so I ordered the wide shoe and it was also too narrow for my bunions. I did not go for the extra wide shoe as I feared my narrow heal would just slip out. I am at a loss as to where to go next for a wide toe shoe with a good arch support. As with many others, I'm very disappointed in Brooks.

I loved the previous versions of this shoe, but the 16 seems about a full size smaller, and there is an edge that crushed the top of my first metatarsal to the point that I'm now limping after a run. I'm going to have to return these.

I loved these shoes but within just a month or two the rubber grips on the bottom started bending and pulling back. Such a shame because these are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I'm not a runner but do walk quite a bit and chase around my toddler. These lasted for about 7 months before the sides started showing wear and now they have a hole in the side. Wished they could've lasted a bit longer considering I have not been that hard on them. For comfort, I give them a 5 but for durability it brings the overall score down to a 2 in my opinion

These shoes are incredibly comfortable (once you find the right size in each model) and very supportive. I work retail 45-60 hrs a week and I have chronic achilles issues in one foot and plantar fasciitis in the other. These shoes, along with my inserts, have been awesome. I generally wear them out after a couple months because I wear them so much so I always replace with the same shoe. Great shoes....EXCEPT the last model has a serious flaw with the tread separating from the shoe. I bought one pair of the latest model and the tread was coming apart after 10 days. I glued the loose treads back on to make them last a little longer. Bought another pair thinking it was THAT pair except the next pair did the exact same thing. I think Walmart brand shoes would have held up better. Such a disappointment because they have the support and comfort I need. Now Im on the hunt again for a go to shoe.

It was a great shoe, until the parts of the rubber outsole started to break off after 2 days. I ran 16 miles on it max, at the park, gym, and sidewalks. I'm not sure if this pair in particular was defective, or bad design.

I was excited to find a stylish pair of walking shoes in my large size for my feet, however, I found after wearing these Brooks shoes for 5 hours or so that the top part of my feet were really aching above the arch. So disappointed. I Need to replace my worn out walking shoes, but I have a long foot and it's difficult to find a comfortable walking shoe. The delivery and return service is good.

I ordered a second pair of the GTS16 to see if the problem I was having with the first pair of GTS16s was just a one-off. (I have worn GTS or GTX Brooks for years and never had a problem.) It is not a one-off. Same problem with this pair. Something is off with the right shoe. The stitching for the tongue and/or something else is digging into the bone that protrudes on the foot in front of the big toe. Never had that problem with any other pair of Brooks, including GTS15. Will need to return. Unfortunately, I cannot find any GTS15s from last year in stock, otherwise, I would get those.
