Decided to return these and keep the Siren Sport Q2. These were just a bit tight in my preferred size. Zappos has written the book on customer service. I don't shop anywhere else!

I ordered these and the Siren Sport Q2. I kept the Q2 because they were just a bit lighterweight and felt more comfortable and cushioned.

The shank is to short I need more ankle support

I bought these a week before the Women's March in Washington and they carried me through that day in the streets with flying colors. I wore them some before I went to "break them in", but truthfully, they didn't need a lot. I have a wide toe box but a narrow heel and these fit the bill. I did have to loosen the laces over the top of the foot the first times I wore them, but as they softened up, I could tighten them. I also purchased them in the same size as my athletic shoes (1/2 size up from my regular shoes) and they were perfect. I haven't had a chance to test them in heavy rains, but I can say they were very comfortable for that whole 15 hour day.

Almost perfect. I bought half size bigger than I normally wear but the length for the big toe was just too tight. Had to send them back unfortunately.

Had the lower version of these shoes. They are extremely comfy, supportive and are even good in the snow with warmth and traction. I am hoping they last longer then the other lower pair that I had. They had ripped some in the upper seams, but it could have been that I wore them so often walking my puppy. Even though they ripped a bit I am giving them a second chance...though i did return the first pair of them to Merrels...still waiting to hear back... And I bought these, because of the enormous comfort of them.

Ultra lightweight which is exactly what I was looking for in a hiking shoe. Have only worn on urban hikes in dry weather so far.

This boot runs a half size large (I have size 5 wide feet and took a 5 1/2 in this boot). The boot is a little bit on the narrow side and a little shallow in the toe box, but I had them stretched and they now fit very comfortably. The boot is very soft and feels like you're walking on marshmallows. The only problem I have is that laces come loose easily-thus the four stars instead of five.

I got 10.5 M. The shoes are labeled correctly. The right shoe is narrower and is slightly uncomfortable. I have narrow feet so I think people with medium width feet will have issue. The left shoe is medium so I have room and is super comfortable. It might be a mislabel or a quality issue.
