Great products, only when brand new. I love these bags have travel bags and backpacks. But my last bag I purchased has ripped towards the bottom and the zipper ripped as well! Don't know how much longer(how many more trips) I can use it for??

Bought the bag to have an additional carry on for our trip to Spain. I had a trip before and the
Wheels started to make a noise. It looks like one of the wheels is not installed properly and rubs. Which makes the annoying nosies.
Bag is also heavy.

I absolutely loved my bag but was disappointed with the wheels. I ended up returning because with the travel I do I feel like the 360 wheels are a must especially going through airports.

It's a great bag I love Ogio I this bag makes 4 that I own.
However it is a little small. I am a pilot can I purchase this bag to replace my last roller bag that I use for work. But it narrows barely at the top and on the sides and it is a little bit small in comparison to the TravelPro that they issue to all the airlines.

This bag would be perfect if they fixed a few big items:
- It is too tall, it barely clears the overhead bin on a Southwest 737. If they cut it by one inch, it would be the perfect size.
- The handles are just nylon webbing. It needs some sort of cover on the handles so that the handles are comfortable to carry a bag with.
- On the bottom of the bag there is this stupid plastic leg thing which makes the bag unnecessarily deeper without adding any volume.
So close.

I love OGIO products! They are by far the very best backpacks, golf bags and luggage I have ever owned. However, This piece was surprisingly much smaller than I had expected it to be. I like it, but it doesn't meet my travel needs as well as I had thought.
I also think OGIO should make a BLACK OPS Backpack... I would but that in a heartbeat!

I have owned 2 of these. They are great bags, but the wheels are horrible. They are not replaceable. The wheels on both developed flat spots that make the bag unusable. If they used better quality wheels this would be a great bag. .

Telescopic handle bends easily. The bottom of the bag drags and damages the fabric and zipper when going from walking/rolling the bag to stopping and resting the it upright. I have replaced the bag twice due to this problem. Good customer service.

No complaints about the bag's volume, how much it holds, pocket layout and easy open/close.
Our OGIO roll on has 2 BIG downsides:
1. The side handle is NOT collapsable. It's a nice, comfortable fabric handle for the rare occasion you need to pick up the bag horizontally, from the side. But the handle is stitched to the bag, sticking out by a good 2" and unlike other brands, you CANNOT collapse the handle flush against the side, it just keeps sticking out. So as you roll it down the narrow "coach" aisle on the plane, it keeps getting stuck on the sides of the seats. Ogio can't be expected to keep up with the ever-narrowing width of airplane aisles, so make the handle collapsable!
2. Only 2 wheels. Seriously? This is 2018 and almost every bag you see rolling through the airport is a 4-wheeled spinner. Can Ogio please catch up to the modern-convenience times and make this in a 4-wheel version?

Sold as a carry on, doesn't fit on over half the American Airlines jets I've flown in the last month. I fly every week for work and now I'm the guy holding up the line so the gate agent can check my bag to final destination depending on the plane. Totally defeating the purpose of a carry on. And the wear and tear was immediate on this bag, frayed seams on all four corners for a brand new piece of luggage. Disappointing.

I purchased this bag to match my Terminal bag; unfortunately, it's too large for a carry-on. It's 2" too long for a carry-on. It's very disappointing that Ogio markets this bag as a "carry-on" when it's over the size limit.
This bag would be a perfect weekend "checked" travel bag, since it can carry all kinds of things in it and also expandble. It would also be perfect car travel bag.

Rounded top eliminates valuable space. Front pockets have only a single zipper; no way to use a small padlock or a zip tie to prevent theft in hotel rooms, hotel storage rooms, tour busses, etc. Such a shame. The bag has so much potential and the print fabrics are not only fun, but make luggage easy to identify. No exterior compression straps, either.

They say perfect travel carry on size 22x14x10. Regulation is 22x14x9! This is 1" too deep and airlines will make you check it as it won't fit into regional routes.
