My husband has had 3 pair, loves them very comfortable, but holes come in the top of toes after little wear!

So frustrating to get shoes from the same manufacturer that are an entire size too small. My son grew out of his 9.5 Nikes so we got a 10. Too small. Then we got a 10.5 and it is STILL too small.

The shoe looks and feels great but doesn't hold up. Bought this in March and completely fell apart in August. My toe sticks out the hole in the front and the insole is ripped up any place my foot sits heavy on. Great for a get me out of a pinch pair but not much more.

The Nike Tanjun is exceptionally made. It is a mesh athletic shoe. Furthermore, the Tanjun is very lightweight.

These are sleek, good looking shoes. They were vey comfortable with blue superfeet insoles to add moderate arch support. My only concern was with the shallow tread. It will wear out within an season of wear.

This shoe runs large. I needed a half size smaller than normal. I had to reorder.

Shoe is a nice shoe. However, the shoe ran a little tight, there was little to no arch support, and it seemed like the heel was rolling in. Overall I was just not comfortable. Beautiful shoe but seemed to be structurally lacking.

While desperately trying to find a replacement for the New Balance 626 for work that are not available anywhere in my size, I googled some top 10 lists for on-your-feet all day shoes and this popped up in the top 3 on a couple of lists. This shoe is definitely not for anyone over 200 lbs. The light-weight all-mesh shoe offers no support and no toe protection therefore this is a terrible choice as a work shoe. Maybe for hanging out its not bad but otherwise not for all-day comfort.

I love the sneakers but the bottoms just don’t last. I’ve been using them to go walking and shopping and they just wore out

Shoes are comfortable and seem true to size. The problem is that the tread on the bottoms wears completely flat within 3 months. Won't buy again.

After 2.5 months of moderate use, I slipped on wet pavement and found out the tread was completely gone. I thought it must have been a mistake, so I ordered another pair. Two months in, their tread is gone as well, and the shoe has lost whatever support it head. Very disappointed in the poor quality.

I am a nike fan but not these. Light and fit good. Wore for a week with tremendous foot and ankle pain. No support and a very flimsy bottom.

The shoes seemed to fit fine at first. They looked great, except i felt the white part at the bottom was comically thick, maybe that's a new style? After one week my feet were becoming increasingly uncomfortable and sore. The bottoms of the shoes were very thin and had almost no support. Eventually i just sent them back. I never return shoes, but these were pretty terrible. Normally all my Nike's fit great and look great. These were an exception.

I bought 2 pairs of these shoes. The first pair ripped in a month and the bottoms were worn almost all the way down. They are not very comfortable and rip easily. if you are buying these dont expect them to last long.

Shoe seemed very cheap. Inside crease was already back and you could feel the glue or something sticky within the shoe. Very odd.

I got these to replace the Roshe Run. These are NOT the same. The Roshe Run was an athletic shoe but the Tanjun is just for everyday wear. I do not run in these - I bike commute, and walk quite a lot, with limited occasional hikes: not athletic, but benefitting from an athletic shoe. These have taken the mesh approach that was first in the Free Run series and maybe the good spin is that it is accessible at all levels in their range, but this is cheap leisure shoe. The soles became slippery with use and developed a hole at the heel that has filled with pebbles - which tells me that the sole is cheaply made. As others have noted, holes began to develop at the big toes. The styling says "mall walker." Finally, they run a good half-size smaller than previous Nike shoes I have bought. (Zappos were very good about replacements.) I expect to get about a year's use from these shoes, but got about six months from these. If you want a basic light and comfortable shoe, these will be fine. They won't last but they're cheap. If you have come to these thinking they are the new Roshe Run, be advised that they are not.

I am a huge supporter of Nike products- however this shoe really surprised me with its lack of quality. My last pair of Nike's were part of their Free Trainer line. I bought them in 2012 and they have lasted me through numerous, very demanding jobs and college. And they STILL are in amazing shape. These Nike Tanjuns already have two holes in the tops near the big toe. The shoe size is not too small- same size as my other Nikes. I haven't even had them for a year yet and the mesh has broken. Just a matter of time until I literally have to throw them away. Very sad. I will be contacting Nike within the next few days in hopes of a refund or exchange.

This is the second pair my husband has owned. He thinks they're really comfortable, and we walk LOOOOONG distances, so that's saying something. But the first time he wore the new pair in the rain, the insole just disintegrated.

Overall disappointed. The tanjun is pretty much a downgraded version of the nike roshe. Less breathable, less comfortable sole that sowed into the shoe (very odd choice imo). The tanjun is a shoe that is confused on what it is trying to be. The roshe was a great casual shoe for walking, going to school or work etc, but with the new design it tries to become a running shoe without the arch support and overall less than comfortable design. Would not this shoe recommend at all, instead go for the nike roshe.

The only downfall to this shoe and others like it, and it's a big one, is that the soles of the shoes are now only foam and no rubber and they wear out super fast. I mean like, within days. I've been wearing these shoes for a few months around NYC and the soles are literally like slick racing tires. It was raining today and I almost fell on my butt several times from literally hydroplaning on these. Great look but could really use a rubber sole. Honestly, I wouldn't buy them if you plan on wearing them all the time.
