This bag is a frequent traveler's dream. The only gripe I have is that in some planes the bag will not fit unless turned sideways. The wheels are sturdy and can handle a New York side street as well as any airport floor. I upgraded from a Victorinox and the utilizable space in this bag blows the Victorinox out of the water. I highly suggest spending the extra cash for the B&R over cheaper brands.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
One thing that sets this bag apart is the ability to pack more content than other similarly sized competitors. I like the style although it is somewhat plain. It feels rugged and sturdy. The handle extends longer than other carry-ons so I never hit the back of my foot on the bag when walking in "two wheel mode." I have an Eagle Creek carry-on that I like and the B&R is simply bigger inside, better for packing. and sturdier. The 3-fold trouser / suit feature works well for keeping wrinkles out on short flights. The bag fits well in the overhead binds on regional (small) jets as well as larger planes.
The one complaint I have is the front wheels are smaller than the back so the bag tends to tip over if fully packed when walking in "4 wheel mode." I also put my Tumi computer bag on top and this doesn't help. If the handle is fully extended then the bag tends to "pull" in one direction which makes my wrist tired. Now I walk with the handle "half extended" which is both comfortable for me (my arm is almost straight down) and the bag is much maneuverable with the computer bag on top.
Overall I am happy with the bag event though I consider a wheel size differences a design flaw that should have been easily noticed.

With airlines becoming more strict in regards to carry-on baggage, this is the perfect size. Also, the expansion option allows one to get more items within the bag and then compress it back down. Great idea and design.
