Excellent build quality, as is expected with any Tumi product. The color name (Hickory) is misleading, however, as are the images. The true color, in my opinion, is black/dark grey, with brown leather accents. Furthermore, upon receipt, I found its size larger than expected, which comes with both advantages and disadvantages. Nonetheless, the bag is attractive, versatile, and uniquely Tumi. (The insulated, well-padded pockets are exceptional.)
