I was having a terrible time finding a ballet flat that fit my foot & provided some cushioning & support. This shoe met those needs. I find the shoe very supportive. The bronze color conveniently goes with black or brown clothing. Very comfortable shoe. Was well worth the search!

My foot is on the narrow side, so I added an insole for a more secure fit. Also I felt that the fabric was a little on the slippery side. With the insole added, the shoe is perfect. It's a cute shoe, and it seems durable and comfortable for walking in outside too.

Comfortable out of the box. Gray color is a good neutral. Have several pairs of Born shoes and they always fit well and have some support.

Nice practical walking shoe - good arch support but basically a plain black leather flat. It is a shoe that blends rather than stands out.

Love Born shoes but these were different. These felt a half size smaller in length. I was eager to wear them and having had great experience with Born shoes in the past, I put them on and went to work. I later regretted this after forming a deep blister on my heel during the day. It was hard to wear any shoes for the next few days until my blister healed. Not sure what to do next given that I already wore them outside. They have been sitting in my closet since. My advice - wear them around your house first before taking them outside.

Kind of flimsy, not much support

This shoe was a big disappointment. Bronze color is nearly brown, shoe is uncomfortable with very little support.

I saw these at the local mall in another color, but wanted in black. So I ordered from Zappos. The one at the mall was size 7.5 and so I ordered 7.5. Wrong. The black ones were too tight. So I got the 8. It was wide enough, leather is soft, but very thin. It's a simple basic black flat. I think Born tried to put some arch support, but I couldn't really tell it was there. I wouldn't want to spend that much for such a plain flat. Had to send them back.
