AWESOME! Beyond my expections!!

I think this will be a great pump however I needed to return the first pair and order at least one half size up maybe more. I have been looking for a camel colored kitten heel for a while. This one will be great when I get the size correct!

Following the reviews that said I should order half a size up, I ordered a size 5.5. When I tried them on, my heel kept slipping out the back. For me, these shoes were definitely true to size. I wish I could order the size 5 but unfortunately, they’re sold out.

Navy is a perfect hue. And splash of gold is a nice touch, makes it feel a bit dresser

Love them!!!! I have a bad back and the arch and height of the heel is perfect!!!! So happy they made then in White. I had a hard time finding a pair in white for the longest times. I wish they made them in Dark Brown and Red leather. I would buy every color.

I normally wear an 11. Those were way too tight so I went up to a 12. Imagine my surprise when not even a 12 fit. Bottom line, they run WAY too small, prob because of the pointed toe. I'm so sad because they are GORGEOUS shoes!

Loved loved loved the look of this shoe, but the toes were a bit tight. Sigh.

Beautiful!! I really needed a wide, but wanted to see if my feet have lost enough weight. So sad it was a no go.

This is one of the only pair of heels that I’ve owned that didn’t give me blisters the first day wearing them. The only downside is that the rubber stopper on the heel wears away quickly if you have to do any outdoor walking. I wear them almost daily and they only last a couple of months.

These shoes are so pretty, comfortable, good qualify. The neutral color is easy to fit with your clothes

I was nervous to buy these b/c of the reviews. Glad I went a head and did it anyway. I do not wear heels. Hate them!! I wore these for 4 hours straight... (remember how much I said I hate heels? So that is a record for me.). Before I switched to flip flops at a wedding. So if I hate heels, and wore them for 4 hours. Someone who actually likes heels, will probably have no problem. I believe these ARE true to size.

Read that this shoe runs small so ordered 1/2 size up. Still too tight, I recommend going a full size larger.

Such a sweet little kitten heel - polished and professional without too much height. I bought half a size up and they are still borderline too small. I will wear them often and I hope they hold up!

This is a beautiful and well made, solid shoe. It is classic, and a perfect work shoe. The kitten heel is comfortable for all day. The pointy toe makes it nice and dressy if you want it for that kind of outfit. I highly recommend.

I bought a pair of these shoes last year and loved them! Am now purchasing a second pair just to have them in stock. I wanted a classic pump for professional and dressy outfits but with a shorter, kitten heel. They are super comfortable with a small gel insert on the sole for the ball of your foot. I can comfortably walk in them all day. They look high quality and after one year of use, my original pair is holding up well. Like other reviewers, I would recommend ordering up by a half size. In my normal size they were too tight--a half size up fit perfectly.

This navy kitten looks very classic. Can be worn to church, work, or running in the airport from gate to gate if you are traveling. The comfort was amazing from the first time I put it on. Will be ordering this little kitten heel in other colors. The size was perfect, I wear a 5M, very hard to shop for. Zappos has never let me down.

Beautifully constructed shoe. Unfortunately I felt the toe box was a bit narrow. I am a size 11 so it's tough for me to find a wide. Returning them.

The perfect work shoe. Takes a wear or two to break in but once you get passed that, there is no beating this pair of shoes. The heel is enough to be professional but not to where you can't walk comfortably over a long work day. I have these in three colors and can't recommend enough. Plus, the gold detail on the heel gets me a ton of compliments.

I bought the shoe in a size 10, however they were to big. I am a size 9 but the size nine was too short due to the fact that I have slightly wide feet. I had to return them. However I feel that they were great shoes. just not for my foot.
