These boots are comfortable, easy to put on, and very stylish. I was very happy with the fit and also the grey color. As I already have many black boots, I chose the grey, and the color is beautiful. Zappos service is extraordinary--received these after two days of ordering. I am hooked on Zappos.

I purchased these boots last winter but had limited use so no review until now. I wore these boots during recent snow storms and was very happy. I was able to walk easily through deep snow and without slipping on icy sidewalks. I received several compliments on these boots' style. The sole wraps higher around the shoe giving more protection from slushy curb crossings!

Love these boots! Actually look forward to more snow! Warm and comfortable and roomy enough for my calves, and I usually have trouble finding boots that fit.

These are fabulous winter boots. I am so happy that I ordered them. The boot shaft it lined to the ankle with a faux fur but very warm and light weight. The foot bed is very comfortable but I would suggest going up a half size if you want to wear thick socks. With tights or thin socks they are perfect. I can already tell that these will be my go to boots for cold, snowy days when the dogs need walking or the driveway needs shoveling, and, they are still dressy enough to wear out in the evenings, at least here in the Rocky Mountains.

What great service from Zappos. I ordered my boots on 10Nov and received them on 11Nov. The boots fit great, true to size. I can't wait to be able to wear them when it gets colder.

Zappos was excellent in their order process...the exchange of size was handled flawlessly.

Nicely made, supportive, and warm. But...I didn't like the material and I thought the buckle looked cheap. They sagged some on my narrow calves.

These are cute boots with a fun shearling interior. The arch support was only moderate, I would need an insert if I had kept them. I found that they sagged after awhile, not a lot, but enough to bother me.
