I spend about eight hours a day in them, cooking in a big restaurant. I haven't had any heat issues with them, but it might have to do with how much you move in them, pumping air around the foot, dunno. I wear an 11.5 street shown and got these in size 11, plenty of room with a thick sock. Traction seems excellent on a slick floor - hope they hold up. HTH.

I am beyond thrilled that I can wear my correcttoes inside my crocs. I am on my feet for ten hours a day running around on a hard floor. I no longer have foot pain. Love my slip-resistant crocs.

My husband wears these all around our semi-rocky property and a pair lasts about 3 years. Pretty darn good for the abuse he dishes out!

Love Crocs and this one does not disappoint. It does not have the traditional holes on the side and that is good for me.

I work in a restaurant and these are so comfortable. They accomodate my wide feet and bunions and the non-slip bottoms are amazing! I will definitely but again when these wear out.

I work in an airport and walk 10 or miles per day. These are the most comfortable shoes in my work wardrobe. Will be ordering these again, as well as other styles, in the future.

Very comfortable & roomy! If you have flat feet as I do, this Croc is an excellent choice! I've been spending a lot of time working in the yard and I tend to get quite dirty when digging dirt. When I'm done working, I can simply hose my Crocs and let them dry in the sun...I live in SC, with Summer temps of the 90's & triple digits ONLY leave your Crocs outside enough time to dry...too long (all day) sitting in the Sun tends to shrink my Crocs. Again my Crocs tend to get quite dirty, at times I use a scrub brush & Clorox Clean Up to make them appear new again...Also Mr Clean Magic Eraser is a great to clean Crocs with the white bands around the base.

I gave these to my sister who is a cook in a restaurant and she loves the grip of the sole, the comfort of the foot bed and how easily these clean up after a day of messy work. The local health inspector commented that she wished other restaurant workers would wear these type shoes because of how easy they are to keep clean in the food service jobs.

I was skeptical because of the reviews but I needed to decent affordable shoe until I can get am expensive pair. I bought these to wear in the kitchen at church, so far so good feet felt good all day.

Great shoe! Very comfortable! Very roomy! in fact, these run big to size. I am normally an 11. The 11's were too big. I exchanged them for a size 10.

Bistros are el-supremo thru-out the workday.
