I love the shoes... perfect... BUT I was billed twice and would like one of the $39.99 returned to my debit card.

Not true to size. I wear a 13 4E. Ordered a 13 (because that is what all my other Crocs are) these fit like a 15. Wish I would have known and ordered them in a 12.

This is the second pair of bistro-style crocs that I've purchased. The first pair, which were purchased somewhere around 4-6 years ago met all my expectations. Unfortunately, this second pair, which I have only recently received, have not. They are obviously being manufactured by a different source, as 1. they're smaller, 2. the design of the soles are different and NOT an improvement. The soles have a very plastic-y look, feel, and sound to them. Like hard plastic, they click when you walk on hard floors. I think this is the most disappointed I have been in anything I've purchased online in 5 years or more. I don't think I could be more disappointed in CROCS. The next time I'm in a brick-and-mortar establishment that sells Crocs, I intend to see if all their soles are like this new bistro pair. I have 7-8 pairs of Crocs, but this may be the last pair I'll ever buy. My tears are not crocodile tears.

I thought these would be soft and cushy like my friend's Crocs, but they were quite firm. They were not especially comfortable to wear around the house, so I don't think they would be comfortable for 8-12 hrs on the hard floors at work. Bummer. I sent them back.

I was surprised to find that they were narrower than the Bistro vented size 14 that I bought last year. I bought size 15 this time for more length but had to return them since they were too narrow.

i bought these for my self and two others with foot pain at work. was very disappointed that even going down a size they where still to big and not near as comfortable as the others i have and we all agree. we work in a machine shop so the bottoms have metal chip in them so returning them is not an option.

.Have been purchasing the Bistro Clogs for years. However, the order that I just received, something just isn't the same. My feet hurt terribly by the end of the day. The material used in making the Bistro Clog seems much harder and very uncomfortable. Please, if someone could possibly check into this. Thank you!

I have had MANY pairs of Crocs and LOVED them all, but for some reason this pair of Bistro's rub the top of my second toe on my right foot. Granted it is a hammer toe, but I've never had problems with this in my other Crocs. I wear socks with them, but have done that with my other Crocs that I wear for work. So-o-o-o I don't know what to say about the fit.

After much hype and recommendations I finally broke down and bought a pair of crocs. I work as a chef and am on my feet all day. I purchased a pair of the crocs bistro. At first they were fine however after one month of wearing them the soles have come completely off. I can't believe that people in the industry are really supposed to buy these with such a short life span. And for the price tag I would expect more.

I have always loved my Crocs until Bistro. And I have never had a problem with foot odor until Bistro. Probably because my feet sweat in them. These are also the noisiest footwear I have recently owned and they are just not as comfortable. I hope my old discontinued Rx Relief continue to hold up.

The shoes do not fit my feet as I expected a product from crocs. I am giving them to someone else that is a 1/2 size smaller.

I ordered these in the same size as my "regular" crocs, to wear in the rain (no holes:)) but ended up selling them to a co-worker with slightly smaller feet. I wore them once, to the store, and came back with a painful big toe. They run small in the instep and in the length. Also, the heel is slightly lower than my regular crocs, and they're not as squishy. For those reasons I won't order a size up from the website, rather I'll find a pair I can try on in a store.

These shoes are stiff and certainly got good traction but if you are expecting the cushioning of a regular pair of crocs you ain't going to get it in these. I returned the right away because too hard, went for the specialist and they are much softer.

These shoes are Very comfortable, but not great around food products. I work in a pizza business and these shoes constantly get food stuck in between the cracks under the bottom of the shoe. I have to clean these shoes out every night, that way old food will not stink in the cracks. It's too much of a hassle to have to clean them every night. Also, do not leave the shoes in your car, or they will shrink. As for my shoes, I left them in my car for two days, and they completely shrunk. My shoes were about a size 8 or 9 or 9 or 10, they are probably a 7 now. The front of the shoe completely turned up, so the front where the toe sits looks at the sky. Overall, I would not spend 40.00 for these shoes.

I have the regular Bistros without the non skid and love them, they fit just like my regular crocs. But I work in a grocery store and sometimes have to fill in for someone in the bakery where the floors can be wet and slippery. I bought these and have worn them twice. I hate them! They are cut way more narrow and make my feet ache because they do not fit properly. I wish I could return them. These just take up space in my closet. If you are considering buying them, go up a size or maybe two.

My son had another pair of bistro Crocs but this pair is not as comfortable. The right one gave my son a blister where the strap is attached to the clog. Not sure if I will buy them again,

First ever pair of Crocs. I wear 15 and sometimes 14 in dress and New Balance shoes. Had to resort to 13 for these. Also, return shipping is too costly. It cost me $10 to return but only got a $5 credit. Paid full retail here. At least Zappos has free shipping in and out and the product cost is still the same. My size 13 feels fine althought it is still way tooooo wide. My foot measures a 15B.

I love my Crocs and my husband loves his as well. I suffer with chronic foot pain and found that my Crocs have never let me down until now. These shoes run wide, which is perfect for me. However, there is less support in the heel than my other Crocs. As a result, my foot pain is worse when I wear these shoes to work. There is a lot of stress on my Achilles Tendons, to the point that my tendons hurt for days. I am looking for better restaurant grade shoes to wear (as this is a requirement of my job), but I have to wear these for now. If I could wear my other Crocs to work, I would because they are so comfortable. I love the shoes, but not these.

I originally purchased these shoes in a size 13 (my normal shoe size), they were too big and they strap did not assist at the problem at all, it just fell off the back of my foot. So, I drove forty miles to the outlet store, and found that not only do the shoes run wide but also extremely large. I repurchased the shoes in a size 10, because it was the only size that the strap helped to keep the shoe on my foot. Initially, the fit was slightly snug and uncomfortable something I figured that would go away as they became more broken in, which was true. However, four months after wearing the shoes. The sole has completely started to come off, and I constantly am tripping over the "talking" sole of my shoe. Overall, I thought the that bistros were a great idea, they just seem to have been thrown together.

Let me first say I LOVE CROCS!! But these work wear crocs are not anywhere as comfortable as the regular! They are not as flexible..... Why are all work wear shoes so stiff and not comfortable? Hope you can improve this!
