I wore out my first pair of Bistros. I loved they way they fit, very comfortable and very durable. The last 2 pair I purchased were comfortable but the slip proof soles started separating from the shoe within 2-3 days of purchase. The first pair I bought from a CROCS store and the second was ordered online. So bottom line, One great pair and 2 not good. If they would all be like the first one, I highly recommend them but since 2/3 of them did not hold up, I could not recommend them.

The shoes are really really comfortable, the only thing I don't like about them is your signature LARGE FRONT of the shoe, I need to wear these shoes to work

This is my third pair of this same model and size and this pair is much smaller. I checked the size and they are labeled correctly. I am going to where them around the house but they may be going back.

yea, i loved these shoes until the tread started peeling off which is a bummer i could have gotten quite a bit more use from them i had this same thing happen to another pair of crocs i own again recently the shoes as a whole are very nice but this flaw brings there stock down quite a lot oh well

My son is a chef and is on his feet whenever he is in the kitchen whipping something up. I bought a pair if these about a year ago Dec, but he started using them in mid March. After about 6 months of 4day a week wear, the bottom began coming off. After about another couple of weeks the entire inset piece of the ball of one shoe came out. No tearing at all. It just fell off. He loves the shoes, but this will be the last pair I buy him if it happens again.

I'm a baker and these are comfy to wear for long periods on my feet. They relieve my aching back, but the shape of the insole takes a little getting used to. Hopefully they will mold to my feet a bit more with time. The non-skid sole is nice.
My big criticism is that these shoes get SUPER HOT. It's even worse in a warm kitchen. Why were these made without side vents? I'm thinking about cutting my own holes with a drill!

Overall it's a decent shoe but first time wearing it the rubber sole started falling off. I called customer service and they said it was a common problem for that shoe but it normally takes several wears if it does happen. Customer service was wonderful about switching out the shoe for another kind. So while I wouldn't recommend the shoe if you have a problem with it Crocs customer service is awesome to work with.

I am a walker, and also on my feet a lot at work in health care. Crocs are the ONLY shoes I can comfortably wear for hours. My experience has been that most have those soles that wear quickly and become quite slippery. I was thrilled to see that these not only closed the holes, but had that added bottom for traction and long wear.
Problem is, I cannot wear them. I bought 2 pairs, tried out one, and am stuck with it now. The other is going back. Even though it states relaxed fit, and when I hold these shoes and my old ones together they appear identical in size, there is a thickness to these that makes them stiffer and so much tighter. I just can't wear them.
I am not going to buy crocs on line any more. My last shipment contained a new style that was also too tight, and it cost me $13. to send them back. I'm sure this isn't going to be cheap either. Just wish I could send both pairs back.

I wasn't completely satisfied with these crocs. The soles are the best part, very good grip, but also a little noisy walking around on linoleum. If you're a half size, I would definitely size up. The material is much thicker and harder than my classic crocs so there is less give. This leads to my feet getting rubbed after so many hours. They're also very hot because they're completely closed. Overall, I wish I had bought the Rx ones or another kind where they have holes just on the sides. I work in a vet clinic walking around all day so I need something with more flex and breathability.

I had originally purchased the Mario Batali Bistro shoes for a friend. However, when they arrived in the mail, I had been sent 2 DIFFERENT SIZED SHOES! One shoe was an 8 - the other a 10. It took the new owner of these shoes several minutes to figure out the oddity of the shoes before looking at the bottom and realizing they were different sizes.
I have a Crocs Outlet Store about 45 miles north, so I returned them there. The clerks at the store were totally surprised that I was bringing back 2 different sized shoes - from an online purchase!
Other than that, the new owner is very pleased with his new Crocs!

I love this shoe.....but there is one thing I hate about it........I decided to buy a pair of crocs because I needed a pair of shoes that would not touch my feet on the sides or the top. ..... just looking at the croc everyone knows that is the case!!!!I have problems with ulcers on my feet. I had one all summer long and wearing a special boot wasn't working at all. But I work in the health care field and I needed a pair that would have skid protection on them. So I bought the Bistro style...I loved the shoe, it is comfortable and I can work all day, 11 hour shifts, and feel fine. Oh and the ulcer went away after only having this shoe for one week!!!! I am not saying that this would work for everyone...but it sure worked for me. My doctor was shocked!!! I will not put another shoe on my foot. Crocs have me sold!!!! But my problem is that my feet sweat and sweat bad!!!! Wish they had holes in this style of shoe....I have thought of drilling the holes out myself...that is how bad my feel sweat!!! Please consider putting some holes in the Bistro style!!!!

I'm an RN -on my feet about 14 hrs a day. I have used Crocs the last 8 years. I Change them every 9-12 months- for skid protection. I wear orthotics. I always joked- the only shoes that didnt' hurt my feet were my Crocs. I bought these to replace a non- vented version of the classic- a version Crocs no longer makes. I bought about 6 pairs on sale a few years back- so I had no idea that they were discontinued.
So when I saw that the Bistro had a beefier non- skid soles and was not vented- I was looking forward to it. First I bought it in my usual Croc size and with my Orthotics-could not comforably get my foot in and out of the shoe. Without the orthotic- the fit was snug. So I ordered a size up- The fit was better- and with shoe covers on I walked around for four hours in the house. The next day at work- I loved the non- skiding effect- but after a few hours my foot began to hurt and blister. The rise with the orthotic in -pushed the anterior part of my foot against the top of the shoe- it was painful to wear. I now have a pair of new shoes to use for short trips to the yard and back. It seems to have the usual Croc properties but since this is meant to be an industry type shoe- people on their feet for a living often have custom insoles- I would have hoped that they would accomondate orthotics. So despite that - I am ordering yet another pair of Crocs in search of my perfect ICU nurse shoe.

this is a Very comfortable shoe, although for me they seem to run small, I ordered a size 9 because I wear a 91/2 in a reg shoe, but my toes hit the end of the shoe.
Also they are very hot, my feet sweat so bad.
other than that they are confortable, I think I will try one size up, althouh i am afraid they will be to big because I only need about 1/2 inch more room. I do wish you could do something to make them cooler, I could go with another brand but I need the skid resistant work shoe

I love these shoes plenty of foot room and no more back pain. The only problem is the slip resistant soles keep falling off. Please find a better glue, these are my second pair within a year.

I bought these crock a few months ago and the slip resistant sole started to peel off. I didn't return them because I needed these shoes for work. I know others who bought the Bistro and the same thing happened to their shoes. I used some Crazy Glue and so far so good. It would be better if they glued better in the first place. Otherwise they are comfortable.

I bought these shoes based on most of the good reviews about comfort and durability. I am very disappointed with the comfort of these shoes. I am on my feet 10 hours straight working in the medical field. These shoes have caused me so much foot and lower back pain. They would probably be good for a mostly sitting job. The shoes however are very durable and fit great. I usually wear a size 10 but got these in a 9 and they fit perfectly.

I am a woman with wide feet that normally wears a size 9 mens, and ordered a size 9, they were way too big. I thought about keeping them, since the return shipping is so expensive and I need a comfortable pair of work shoes, since I am on my feet in a kitchen all day. I was afraid that I would trip over the clown shoes, so I paid the return shipping and am waiting on a smaller size to get here.
My husband tried them on (He's a 10.5) and they fit his feet, but he works construction and can't wear a croc.

I rec'd a pair of crocs as a gift about 3 years ago, size 8, but, while very comfy, they have always been too big. I normally wear a 7.5 in other shoes, so I ordered the Bistro in size 7 but they bang against my toes as I walk. I bought these because they don't have the holes and I wanted something to wear in the yard without getting my feet/sox wet through the holes. I have worn them around enough to see if they'd stretch a bit (and enough that I shouldn't return them) but they haven't stretched. Perhaps my feet are just an in-between size that don't work well with a 7 or an 8, and the contour of the toe box may have something to do with it too. Other than the fit, they are Very comfortable.

I converted my husband to "croc - ism" with these shoes for work. Worst part was that because he is a chef, and therefore gets horribly dirty, and the shoes are washed, the rubberized sole detached. Because they are only warrantied for 90 days, they were out of it when this happened, at almost 6 months. So don't expect them to last longer than that if washed regularly. I suggest the Specialist, if you can fool your boss into not noticing that you have switched up.

This is my first pair of crocs. I just got them in the mail yesterday and have been wearing them around the house. They are very very light, and the non-slip is very effective, but there isn't really any arch support (I've been told I have flat feet) and just from trying them on I'm thinking that they're not going to be very good for an entire day of standing. Still on the fence on whether I should return them because they're considerably more affordable than Danskos. The toe box isn't too tight and there's some ventilation coming in because they're so wide around my feet, but i can see my feet sweating after a few hours in the kitchen. I don't think I'd call them the most comfortable shoes in the world.

I am on my feet for 12 hours a day. I started having back problems and an employee has a pair and loves them. I purchased them in same size of my other crocs but the side rubs and they feel very tight at my ankle I plan to return for one size larger because I am sure they are as wonderful as my employee thinks and my other crocs.

This is the 4th pair of bistro crocs I have bought for my husband. He works in a restaurant with no fatigue mats so he has had much appreciation for the comfort of these shoes usually with an A rating, he always commented on how older pairs still felt good, but a new pair was amazing. However, the last pair (purchased 2/11), he said felt no different than the the pair he had been wearing for a year. He as well as a couple of co-workers had the same complaint about recent purchases. I hope it was just a bad batch or they return to whatever they were doing previously. All I can say is please don't loose the quality while you grow.

The Bistro is good for outdoors. The sole is much more slip resistant than the classic. They are not as comfortable as the beach or the classic. The material seems less forgiving and stiffer.

I have purchased Crocs in the past, and never has issues other then the last set I had purchased shrunk on me. I am usually a size 9 1/2 so I always get a 10 wearing with socks.
I ordered this new Bistro Blue and it fit a bit snug with my socks. The Crocs always had room. I guess they are making them a bit smaller.
I am a Chef and working for hours on my feet the Crocs have always been a comfortable fir. These Bistro's just are too small.
I guess I will have to get an 11 since Crocs do not do the 1/2 size thing.
Hope this helps.
