cute but too small! I'm 5'6" and 130lbs. I wear this size in other brands but these were wayyy too small in Levis. oh well!

Levi’s 712s are my favorite jeans. They are the only ones that fit me — depending on the color. I wear 26x32 in blue, but I need a 25 in the black. One of the problems is that the 32 inch length in black is more like 34 inches — way too long, which made me think the 30 inch length would maybe be longer. Not true! They were way too short. I agree with other reviewers that the fabric is flimsy and the jeans (in black) bunch up at the knees really bad. I am very disappointed in Levi’s 712s in black.

Sending these back. I am looking for a slim but not skinny jean with a mid rise. These were pretty good from the upper thigh on down. However, they were mighty tight in the waist and hop and I would not call them mid rise.

These are true to fit, just a bit long. One of the holes have a patch sewn behind it, the other doesn't (so I imagine the hole will get larger over time).

These jeans fit well and I like the style of them but they just do not last. I ordered them in April 2016 and as of today, November 4, 2016, they are almost ripping at the inner thigh seam. These are my third pair of these jeans because the previous two pairs I bought last year wore out in the inner thigh as well. Unfortunately, these don't work well for me because apparently my athletic thighs just wear them out.

The jeans are very comfortable; however, one pair was defective in that on the right leg, the inseam was not straight.... it begins to move down the front of the jeans at the knee level. I constantly am trying to move it to the inside.

They were just too short. The inseam says 32, but these are too short. Levis are becoming inconsistent with sizing.

The material is soft and the black was deep & rich. I'm 5'7'' & wear 12 or 14 with a 33 inseam normally. I bought the 31x34. The length was too long given how narrow these are, but I prefer longer over shorter...hate ankle lengths. I have full thighs and didn't like how tight these looked on the back of my thighs; the lines from side-to-side. Because they didn't feel tight. Since these are slims, these fit like leggings. I'm fine with them hugging my bum, but this was too much like a leggings fit versa a skim the bum look. Overall, these didn't "hang" well. The cut was off; wide enough for the thighs then too narrow at kneecaps causing them to bunch up right below the knee caps & tugging down at ankles didn't help. If I'd kept these, I'd be trying to adjust them every time I stood up. So, back these Levis went. And I'll avoid Levi's 712 slims.

I didn't like these very much at all. I ordered a size larger than I usually get from reading the reviews, and I still could just barely get them on. They are very tight in the legs and I had trouble getting them over my calves. I realize the skinny jeans are a thing, but they don't need to cut off my circulation! The fabric was very uncomfortable, scratchy. Agreeing with another reviewer, I wish jeans were still made in real cotton denim, not the thin stretchy polyester blend they seem to be made in now. I may try to go back to wearing men's jeans, like we did in the 1960s!

Hated it!These were the worst pair of Levi's I've ever owned.They were so baggy I felt like they should've come with a skateboard.I felt like I was dressed sloppy all day couldn't wait for the day to end so I could take them off.They looked good in the picture so I ordered a black pair.I won't bother to unwrap them I'm sending them back ??dissapointed

What a terrible purchase! Ugh. I bought these because I have a pair of 712s in blue denim, and I love them. I figured I couldn't go wrong with the same pair in black. Wrong. The first problem is that the cut and fit were not AT ALL the same as the other pair I owed. These were much looser and baggier. The original pair were very "slim" and hugged the body, whereas these were more "straight" and much looser through the leg. They are also a much thinner material. But I figured they would be fine. I should have returned them immediately after receiving them because there was clearly a problem with the stitching. The inseam on the right leg was "turned" slightly so that the seam sat more towards the front of the leg than it should. It was annoying, but I needed the pants for work so I kept them. What I didn't realize is that MORE of the stitching was messed up. The first time I washed them (following the instructions on the tag, mind you) the stitching in the crotch starting coming apart. There are these huge ripples in the fabric of the crotch (front AND back) where the stitching is pulling all and creating weird creases. It looks heinous. They are basically unwearable. Should have just returned them immediately and now I can't :( Would NOT recommend.

AVOID!! Good 712 fit but horrible fabric. The inside pilled and feels like sandpaper!! Zappos and it's awesomeness is replacing them!! Stars for Zappos!

I wish we knew what the people in China making these jeans were thinking. Are they laughing at us? I ordered these jeans in 2 sizes 28-30 and 27-30 The 28-30 fit but were too short and the 27-30 were long (the right length) but too tight. Then I ordered another pair of 711 skinny and the same thing. Length is good but too tight in both the 28 and 27. Actually there was no difference in the 27 or 28 they fit exactly the same, too tight. Oh well, I guess we don't make jeans in the US but I sure would love a pair of these to fit! If it's any help I'm 5'6 130 with no waist and very skinny legs! Good luck

I ordered these jeans in "Soft Clean White" and I love the look and feel. Unfortunately the 32" inseam actually measured 30" so I will be sending them back as they are too short. These are nice jeans for the money. Very disappointed.
