I love this trench! I really like the skirted style, I think it flares out just the right amount to add a flattering shape. The material is a lovely deep khaki and appears to have a water resistant finish, though I haven't had to test that yet. If you are between sizes I might recommend sizing up - I am usually a 0/2 but I ordered a small and while the waist is a bit loose (totally fine belted), I think that the shoulders would have been tight in XS.

I love this Trench coat. The inside is soft and the coat itself is super warm (more so than the Calvin Klein trench coat I had initially ordered). More importantly I love Zappos and the excellent quality customer service they provide. I had some shipping issue with my initial purchase of the coat and Duane (Zappos customer representative) went above and beyond to make it right! And for this I will continue to use Zappos and encourage others to use them for online purchases. It really doesn't get any better!

This coat runs huge! I received this in small as a gift and am swimming in it. I'm 5/8 and roughly the same measurements as the model in the photos. I can grab handfuls of extra fabric on either side of my waist and chest.
