Soft leather, flexible sole. I was able to wear these all day with zero foot pain. Great shoe.

Stiff leather but nice look. I have very skinny heels and I slip in and out of this shoe when walking, even though the size seems right and slipping my foot into the shoe is a bit difficult. I will return them.

True to size. Super soft leather inside and out. They feel great, first day I wore them all day I took a spare just in case, but didn’t need them. Love these shoes!

I found the size chart on this misleading. A 41 is not the same as a 10 and a 42 is not an 11. Size 10 covers 41 and 42 - depends on if you're the small side of 10 or the larger. I'm not quite a 10 and a half, but close so I should have ordered an 11 (and if you're a large 9 then you probably want a 41, not a 40). I wish I'd looked closer at it because I needed these shoes on a deadline so I couldn't wait for a reship of the next size up. And they are GORGEOUS!

These shoes are super comfy, but they they also look super comfy, and not necessarily the most stylish.

Beautiful soft leather and leather laces. Very comfortable! Well constructed but wish it was a stacked heel instead of rubber heel. Stacked heel would make a much better value.

Except for ONE IMPORTANT THING-these could have been my Holy Grail of shoes. They fit perfectly, they were comfortable, the appearance was EXACTLY what I wanted, and after my initial purchase, I got THREE pairs. Red, Brown, Black. UNFORTUNATELY - these shoes WILL NOT LAST. I don't wear them often, as I'm a stay-at-home and I'm not out often. And, when I am out, I don't always wear the same shoes, but I'd guess that I wore the black shoes about 7-8 times a year, and in two years: They looked pretty rough and they looked very worn. (Now, I'm the person who takes care of my shoes, I cream, them, buff them and give them love because, for some reason, a well-cared-for-but-used shoe looks so much better than a new shoe to me. Two years, okay, but when you consider that they were worn less than a couple dozen times at most. That's just not good at all. I'm so sad, because honestly these shoes are drop dead beautiful and JUST what I wanted.

These are beautiful shoes. I ordered them in red in my usual size 7.5. The fit was okay when I tried them on, but the heel kept sliding off. The part surrounding the ankle seemed very wide. I had to return them, but will try a size 7 to see if that's a better fit. The leather and color are really gorgeous.

I generally wear a 7.5, but that was too long and the heel slipped a lot. The 7 was too narrow, but a good length and still the heel slipped. I returned them both sadly. It's a beautiful looking and feeling shoe, just not right for my feet.

These shoes have beautiful leather and seem well crafted. I had to send them back because they were too narrow and uncushioned for me. For reference, my feet are generally fine in medium width (B).

The shoes are gorgeous. They are just too narrow for my feet and overall didn't provide the type of comfort I need.

I have bought Miz Mooz shoes for years. I have 8 pairs, all colors. This year I bought a new pair in black of the Letty model. The quality of the shoe is hard. It is almost like a hard plastic. Last fall, I bought another pair of the Letty in red. Again leather was horrid. I wrote to the company and all they said was that they were sorry I was not satisfied. . Buyer beware.
