Love these shoes. I have a few of this brand and wear a 39. These fit perfectly

I love these shoes .this is my second pair and I love them I can finally wear somerhing With a heel to work and be comfortable!

Shoe was very comfortable, I wish they would have worked for me! The heel was a little narrow and the sole was too smooth; I kept slipping.

Although I have a high arch, and these particular shoes don't really offer arch support, these are still very, very comfortable shoes! I wouldn't say I have "special needs" feet, but I am finished with wearing shoes that are too tight, too narrow-toed, or too high-heeled. These are cute and comfortable, don't slip off my heels at all. I plan to order one more pair, in a different color I love them that much! They also look to be very well made.

Love these - want them in every color. They are comfortable, stylish and meet that nice in between "winter, spring" show.

I am sold. This is the best pair of shoes that I have owned and I am 60! I have already ordered sandals and just buy these, there just is no down side to these shoes, they are perfection! Clouds with height - perfect!

These BernieMev shoes are really comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis and have not experienced any pain as yet. The longest that I have worn them is about three hours. They fit like a glove.

I love this shoe! It has the comfort of a croc but it's stylish. The platform is springy and the woven upper part fits like a comfortable slipper. I got so many compliments when I wore these shoes.

I absolutely love these shoes. I have them in three different colors. They are the only shoes that I can wear all day without my feet aching. The wedge runs true to size however I needed a size larger in the heels. Thank you, Bernie Mev, and thank you, Zappos, for such great service!

I love these shoes! I had the bronze and navy home to try and wished I could keep all three but... Very comfortable and the height is perfect to wear with jeans or skirts. The stretchy material conforms to your foot and heel.

Bernie Mevs are great however it is disappointing that we cannot get them in true red, burgundy, white. There were some red online, but not available anymore, Christmas is coming and no reds available!

I adore these shoes. I have some fairly major foot problems, with Fallen arches and over pronating. What this means is a whole lot of nagging foot pains when I walk, the Gem shoes are the only shoes that I can seem to wear and not feel pain. I think because the last (base shape) is excellent for my foot. In addition, the stretchy yet supportive top of the shoe holds my foot comfortable without pushing on my toes to stablize. They are snug and yet totally comfortable. I now own several pairs, as I have been buying them for thee years. The only problem is finding the right size, as there is very little consistency to the sizing. I am a 7½. I own these in both 37 (the majority) but also own two in 38, as they just fit well. I receive compliments on these shoes frequently, as they have their own very cool looking silhouette, and the extra height is a great plus. They are perfect with jeans. I have also worn them out to dinner, as I really have no other shoes that I can wear! I am 55 and a casual type of dresser. Good luck in your search.

Apparently, I just don't fit into Bernie's size scheme. Too bad as they were comfortable!

I ordered a size larger than normal as I have ordered these shoes before and learned how these sizes work.

Major bummer. My size 12 feet are too big for the size 12 (42) shoe. Very hip.

These shoes are great, love them. Fit very snugly so I wondered if they would work with socks - no problem. Very comfortable and I love the little boost of height.

I have a high arch and had high hopes for this shoe. It did not disappoint. It fit around my foot! Sadly the back is too shallow and my heel slips out. I don't think a smaller size would fix that because my toe was in the right place. Sadly, these will be returned. I will probably try a different style though.

Comfortable and fun shoes. Measure your foot and use Zappos's shoe conversion chart, especially if an in-between size.

I ordered both these and the Hush style from Bernie Mev. I wanted to like the Hush better as I loved the style but they while just with a slightly different footbed, pitched my foot forward and made my big toes hurt from only a brief time walking. The Gems felt much better so I kept these. After wearing for a hard day on convention center concrete they were not as comfortable as many of my Clarks or Naot shoes. I still like them and I think they will be fine for average day wear but I was looking for the ultimate in comfort and cushioned footbed.

I love these. They fit my foot just right. I plan on using them as traveling shoes, because of easy on/off and comfortable walking. They won't last forever, so just 4 stars. Other than that, they're great.

The size of Bernie Mev shoes seems to vary. The last pair I bought in size 7 were too big, and this pair seems small. This seems to be a recent problem that I didn’t have previously.

I’m a size 9. Ordered a size 10. It was still snug. I ordered an 11…. I hope this one fits. I love the shoe. Just hate the sizing issue.

From other reviews I wasn't sure what to expect on sizing. I went ahead and ordered my regular size and these were definitely at least a half size too big overall and they were particularly loose at the heel. I am not ordering another size as I suspect the fabric material will also stretch over time. Interesting design and does seem like they would be comfortable for those able to find the correct fit.
