Good quality, but low on comfort, and not as expected from this brand, mainly due to lack of arch support.

Style is super cute! I wish my feet fit in these. I typically wear 6.5 - 7 size shoes. I have really wide feet (think wide, duck feet) so I got the Wide Size 7. These were still too narrow for me. They were too tight when I wore them with medium-thickness socks. However, the length (from the back of the foot to the toe) was fine.

I am typically a 7.5 and I ordered these in an 8, medium width. They fit fine, a little roomy but that’s to be expected since they are a half size bigger than what I normally wear. I was able to fit my foot in them just fine (no width issues like other reviews). They are super cute! My only issue is that after wearing them for 2 minutes around the house I had scrapes on my ankles from the top and back tag of the boot. This wouldn’t be an issue if you wear tall socks with them or if your jeans stay tucked into the boot but I bought these for a warm and rainy climate so I’m not looking to wear big socks with them (and my jeans kept bunching up). I decided to return.

I am generally an 8W so after reading reviews I ordered an 8W and a 9W due to width complaints. As expected, the 8W fit in length but was way too tight in width. Since these were so inexpensive on sale and I love the red color, I’ll keep the 9W despite them being a bit too long for me. The width was much more comfortable in this larger size.

I'm normally a 5.5W with "duck feet" (think wide forefoot and narrow heel), and I had to size up a 1/2 size in 6W. The forefoot still felt cramped in the toe box, but a 6.5 and 6.5W were too long for me. However, I needed rain boots that looked professional in the office within my budget, so I kept Sam Edelman Tinsley in 6W in hopes that it would stretch over time. Result? They ultimately stretch, but not by much. To fellow duck feet owners: They're tolerable for short periods of time, but definitely not for the entire day. The fabric of the insole ripped away over the course of the year, but it doesn't make a huge difference in terms of comfort or discomfort. Pros: This is a stylish Chelsea boot and it *will* protect your feet against light to moderate rain. You may need to waterproof them with a spray against heavier rain, but I have not tested this. Medium width owners should be fine with the Tinsley, but I would advise fellow duck feet owners to weigh this model against other options for professional-looking rain boots.

Felt very slippery on my hardwood floors, so I can't imagine wearing them out in slippery rain/snow/ice conditions. Too much room in the ankle, so my foot was lifting up/down and it was rubbing uncomfortably around my ankle. Sent them back.

I read the reviews here and ordered an 8 because a lot of people said to size up. I'm usually a 7/7.5. I should've gotten my true size because even though its only half a size up, it feels very clunky when walking and it doesn't move with my foot because of the extra space. Like the reviews, it did rub against my leg the first day I wore it, but it's fine now. Something that can easily be fixed with higher socks or tucking your pants in. Also like everyone, the insole isn't properly adhered to the boots. At least not the right one as it kept sliding backwards when walking. I had add some adhesive to the bottom of the insole to prevent it from slipping all over the place These boots are functional and I prefer a shorter boot to my knee high Hunters.

My true size felt very tight. Would have to go a full size up. Maybe more if wearing a thick sock

Very cute, but too small. Mainly too narrow! Passed along to someone with smaller feet.

These boots are very hard to get off without scuffing the heel. There is no arch support, and after one (12-hour) day of wear my arches were killing me. My foot is between a medium and wide width, yet the bridge of my feet was pinched all day at the small toe--because of this, I don't think that inserting an orthotic is an option to address the lack of arch support. I had to return them.

I wear a 7.5N and fit was good. Boot looks great. Smell little rubbery when taking them off after a days wear. The big negative is the insole started coming loose w two wearings. It scoots to back of heel and starts moving upward leaving a gap bw toes and end of shoe which is uncomfortable. I will keep these but probably would not buy this brand again.

I just got this item last week. I put them on and they felt ok. I feel like I have one foot that's bigger than the other so i always have issues finding shoes that fit perfectly. I figured that I have to break them in a little bit. I wore them once, they were really uncomfortable by the time the end of the day came because I had done a lot of walking. I think they just need to be broken into and stretched and they will feel better hopefully!!

They felt small, both in the size and in the width. I have very narrow feet so I ordered the regular size and even those felt narrow. They also hit the base of my big toe and felt like they'd give me blisters very soon. I ended up returning them.

These fit very narrow and I returned them. If you think your feet may be the least bit wide, order the wide width. They are more rain boots than everyday boots, in my opinion. They look like rain boots given the material. I really wanted a leather, everyday boot so the style wasn't ideal. However, these are very stylish RAIN boots.

Very tight around the ankles and hard to get on. If you want to wear thick socks with these shoes, definitely size up.

Day 1 of wearing these booties and the elastic adhesive came off. See photos. Other than that the shoes are cute. They still have the rubber smell but style and comfort is exactly like described. Unfortunately I will have to spend extra dollars on shoe glue to repair this.

Very cute style but ended up sending them back because they were too large and felt very stiff. I am a true 9.5 and ordered the 10, but they were too large. The 9 likely would have worked. These just felt really stiff and uncomfortable, so I did not end up trying a different size.

The wide felt very narrow. Can't imagine how tight the regular width is. Very disappointed these didn't fit.

I have a very narrow foot and thought these would be perfect, because every review stated they were narrow. What I found out was that they were very narrow.

These are cute for style—meant for a short commute or quick outing—not for an entire day of wear. Though the length was true to size, the 9W did not feel wide at all.

I am returning these for a smaller size. Also definitely wider than I expected, and I have feet that are a bit narrower than a B but not a lot narrower. These would require very thick socks to take up extra width.

Really liked the style of this shoe. The length was good, but the show is definitely not made for anyone with a wide foot, even though I ordered the wide width.

I have very wide feet. I entered W into the Zappos search engine for women's rain boots and these are the ONLY ones that came up. My size is 6.5 W, so I ordered 6s, and 7s. I couldn't get my feet into either of them. I'm disappointed. The look to be good, high quality boots, but not wide enough. FYI, the Sakroots boots are the only ones I've found so far that I can get my wide feet into.

Cute style, but they cut into my ankles with every step. Even socks couldn't have helped it.
