I upgraded to this from the IATA Salsa Deluxe; it's been on several international trips with me, and so far it is performing like a champ. Expect to see scratches and even a dig-dong or two over time, but that's just proof that your bag is well traveled. Rimowa has the best warranty in the business (which I have used for larger pieces of poly-carbonate luggage when gorillas in baggage handling severely damaged them), so I am certain that if anything "fatal" ever happens to me bag, they will get it sorted.

I really like this bag but the one that was just sent to me has different wheels than the one pictured. You may want to update the photos to the new model. I really wanted the one pictured so I'll be returning this one
