Had to return the shoes; I have bought that model several times over the last few years, and they have always fit well -- until this time. I suspect that NB mislabeled the shoes.

It was a good , but needs to be worn in , like any other shoe .

My daughter is happy with her shoes comfortable and matches mostly any outfit! Easy to clean.

They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. That's was I reorder them when needed.

Love these shoes. Fit is perfect and so comfortable. Leather is high quality for sure. While hiking had a tree limb poke the side of shoe and ya can’t tell. No huge hole as has happened with others. New Balance is my new go to for casual tennis shoes aka sneakers

True to size. I always wear a 7.5 shoe and a size 8 trainer. The heel bed sits up enough that I’m not walking completely flat footed. Toes are big enough it doesn’t squash my ingrown toe nail.

Very comfortable shoes, a bit wider than I expected. I have very hard to fit feet, narrow heel and arch but wide in the forefoot with hammer toes. These have plenty of room and height in the toe box, a bit wide in the heel area, but they are very comfortable and supportive. They look a bit clumsy but I don't care as long as they don't hurt my feet. I haven't gone out for a long walk yet, so I can't judge that aspect.

As an amputee my "real foot" got wider from years of taking the brunt of walking and finding comfortable shoes was a problem. I switched to New Balance as instructed by my therapist and they have worked well. I could not find on the New Balance site "in stock" for the pair I wanted and a friend reminded me of Zappos - so glad. Not only were they in stock but delivery was quick. I am excited as I am getting a new prosthesis and in time for a perfect fit. With 2 pair, one pair for existing prosthesis and one pair for the new. Won't have to worry about having shoes that are comfortable. Thanks.

I am very pleased with these shoes. I marked no arch support because I have insoles I put in them and that was easy to do with these. I was replacing another pair of similar New Balance shoes so I find them very comfortable right away. I was pleased to find ones that were black all over and laced up rather than having the elastic lacing. I was also impressed with the speed of delivery of my order.

Great fit and size. so glad you still have black soles to match the black shoes. I think black shoes with white soles look like a wrong combination!!

Bought these and a similar pair of Skechers (to see what would work best for me) and the New Balance ones won. The Skechers had more padding and cushion, but the NB's had better support and more sturdy construction. No break in period - they are good to go right out of the box. Thank you Zappos!

I stand 10 hours on my feet a day and the only way I survive is with these shoes. I buy the same ones over and over and they never disappoint. They fit great right out of the box, no need to wear them in. I do add inserts for support for plantar faciatis.

I am 80 years old and live in NYC. I walk almost everywhere, everyday. These shoes are great, offer very good support.
