This is my third pair of New Balance of similar models. The quality is consistent. Well made and comfortable even in the first wearing. Only issue I had was the shoe laces were around 4 inches shorter than the previous pair. I called and asked for a new pair of shoe laces. The only thing they could do is to ship out another pair. This is fantastic service as always. Well done Zappos!

My husband uses orthotics in his shoes and this style New Balance fits the orthotics perfectly, he has 3 pairs of in different colors. He walks a few miles a day, no complaints ever.

As always, a little snug on the right small toe, but the leather yields, and can be stretched. If you are a EEEE+ be warned that the suede version tears before it stretches and you only get a month or so usage.

NB623 is the only athletic shoe for my husband. They are extremely comfortable and don't need a "break in" period.

The shoe fit well. I was looking for 4E and this one gave me the comfort that I was looking for.

The shoes I replaced with my current order were also ordered from Zappos a while ago. I just had finally wore them out. My experience with Zappos is that I always get what I order, Zappos always have what I want in stock. I have been thoroughly satisfied with the products, and the service. Then again, before I order, I will do my due diligence and homework on specific products before I seek to order them. I am fairly impatient and typically wait til my wants have become needs, and am not fond of having to return any product I order online for lack of doing my research. This is a learned behavior based on all my (33) years of working online. ;-) Thanks Zappos.. You will be my "goto" for shoes.. -rg

I haven't been able to buy shoes my true size in 25 years. I am a 11 1/2 D and I first ordered 12 EE because that's what I've had to buy in the past. They were too long and too wide. So, I returned them and ordered 11 1/2 D and they fit like a dream. Best fitting and most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. The reason I only gave them 4 stars for style is because of the bottom of shoes. Has a weird indentation. Other than that, these are best shoes I've ever owned!

Perfect fit, for this 623 V3, as I have come to expect from NB. The pleasant surprise is that the ventilation on this version was far superior to previous versions. Time will tell how long they will last.
