I love all my pieces from Kendra Scott! However this was the exception. The clear crystal looks as if there is no stone in the setting at all. When I wore the necklace to work someone asked me if I had lost the stone to my necklace as it appeared only as prongs. I didn't realize when I decided on this stone that it would be so transparent.

Looked nothing like the picture. Supposed to be gold but looked more like a tarnished silver. Very disappointing

My first buy and looking at the material does not look like the one on the picture. In the description says gold (color) but it doesn't look gold but kind of silver, like if it was previously used and the color just fade away. Not worth it for that price, looks cheap.

I bought this necklace (iredescent druzy) and it as absolutely beautiful. I got the matching bangle bracelet too and it was beautiful as well. However after having it for less than 2 weeks it began to turn my neck green and the bracelet and necklace itself started to turn a bronze color. Very disappointed.

This is ridiculous. Not only did it tarnish the corner of the stone is turning green. This necklace has never been in water or anything. Taken off every night and put in box for safe keeping. I will never order again if they don't don't stand behind this and fix it.

Bought this necklace thinking the green stone would look like a classy emerald stone however it came and to my surprise, the green is really light colored and makes it look cheap. Will return.

My brother got me this necklace as a Christmas gift and it started to rust and turn my neck green ! I am very upset !

I bought this necklace because it's look cool but I figured out it is not real silver so it is very pricey and I end up return it back .

I purchased this necklace in April 2018 and it has broken only three months later. According to the website it cannot be returned. I am very disappointed in the quality of the product.

I have wanted a Kendra Scott necklace for quite awhile now and was so excited when it arrived! However, a few weeks later the stone is a cloudy yellow color and the silver colored plating has rubbed off to reveal an orange/cooper metal. Looks awful and is completely unwearable. Didn't get it wet or get anything on it and kept it in its bag when I wasn't wearing. So upset!

I bought this necklace for my daughters Bday and she love it. It was silver and now turned like rose gold in the back of the pendant :( Not quality for the money you pay. Very disappointed. I don't recommend this product

My boyfriend got me this necklace for an anniversary gift 2 months ago and I fell in love with it immediately. Sadly after just 2 months the silver has started to rub off, revealing a brassy/rusty look underneath even though I followed the car instructions and always made sure to take it off before getting in any water or before excessive sweating. I wore it one day while I was walking around the city (where it gets pretty humid) and when I returned home I noticed the necklace had left a green mark on my chest/neck (pictured). So disappointed because I really love the style of the necklace, but very poor quality.

I bought the light pink stone necklace and was so excited to get it and finally start wearing it, but when I received it, the stone was messed up and already fading. Not impressed and looking to return.

I was SO excited when Kendra opened a store here in Orlando, FL, and I rushed in to buy a piece. I selected this Elisa because I loved the versatile color and the potential to stack with my other smaller Kendra necklaces. After a month or two of regular wear, the stone has dulled and the metal plating has tarnished so noticeably that I can no longer wear it. For a $65.00 piece, I would expect longer life and am disappointed in the poor quality. I also have a gold-dusted Elisa that I purchased around the same time, and I have the same issue with that one. For the record, I have a Cami necklace that has to be 2+ years old, at least, that I wear at least 2x/week and it has never tarnished or lost its luster. My newer Elisas, however, have, and that indicates to me that somewhere in the last few years the metal supplier or process has changed for the worse (on at least some of the smaller, less expensive pieces, ESPECIALLY gold/rose gold tones). Kendra, if you or your staff read these, please go back to your old quality standards on these items. I would rather pay a bit more to have a piece that has a longer life, than less to have a piece that is unwearable after a season.

I really didn't personally like the necklace. Looks really cheap in person and sparkly. Like a little kid necklace versus sophisticated, which is what I wanted. I am planning to return it soon.

I bought this necklace for my wife. Buying it I knew it wasn't going to be the greatest quality because It only cost around 45 dollars. However, it's not even worth that. It looks cheap to me. I won't buy from this company again.

I couldn't believe how cheap this necklace looked. The chain was incredibly flimsy and probably wouldn't have lasted more than two wearings. I returned the necklace.

I was so excited to get my necklace...once I got it was super bummed to learn that the chain was entirely too short. I ended up giving my *not-so-cheap* necklace away! ;(

I was really excited to get the necklace, but so disappointed once it arrived. The stone in the middle is all cloudy, actually looks white on the left side.

I ordered this necklace in gold and after one wear it is silver. I wish i could return it.

Thank heavens this was on sale because this necklace is way smaller than I expected. I own 6 other pieces from Kendra Scott and this is my least favorite.

So beautiful, I wanted to love it but it turned my neck green. Gold plated over brass you do that to a person.

I bought this necklace a week ago, and followed the care instructions. Only after a couple wears the silver metal coating wore off, and it is now a copper color.

I brought this necklace thinking it was going to have no problems, but i was wrong. This stupid necklace is already rusted & discolored not even after a month of having it. Hows that for a $60 piece of jewelry?
