The necklace arrived in a beautiful package but the color of the "gold" is so light that I thought I had been sent the wrong item. When I reached out to customer service about how I needed to go about returning it and replacing it with the correct necklace I was told that the color of gold is just that pale. I love the necklace, I was just really disappointed in the "gold" and will not purchase again.

Is really pretty! Got for my sister for her birthday. Came beautifully wrapped & I think she's gonna love it. Was taken back by prices stating they were Kendra Scott Merchandise, to no avail. I got the real thing so be careful.

I just wish the necklace was longer so you didn't have to buy an extended for every necklace. I'd be willing to pay more. I hate always having to make an additional purchase for the extender.

Pretty but I feel like the chain is pure brass rather than gold-plated. I own other gold jewelry and real gold is much richer in color. Still cute so I still wear it but as costume jewelry.

The stone I received looks a little different than the advertised picture and the chain is not as vibrant a gold as it appears online but still a nice piece.

I bought this necklace in November 2019 and somewhere around February 2020 it rusted so badly. It never went in water so I'm not sure what happened.I don't wear it anymore because it makes my neck turn green

I had admired this piece since it was introduced and when I got a birthday coupon, decided to purchase it. The color is pretty, but not as pictured. I wanted the vivid colors, especially the blues, seen in the online pictures of Kendra's abalone shell jewelry. Mine is more green than blue, is muted rather than vivid, and reminds me of soft watercolors blended together rather than the individual colors pictured online. I know the website tells you each piece is different and will not look just like the picture, but I agree with another reviewer that an abalone shell piece is best purchased in a store to ensure you're getting what you want. However, I will keep and enjoy this piece as I have all my other Kendra Scott jewelry!

You might need a necklace extender. The chain is a little short, but really pretty!

The chain is too short and I had to purchase additional extenders. Otherwise, I really am enjoying my necklace. Also, fortunately I was able to use my birthday discount. A longer chain would have justified the cost of $65.

Bought this necklace in January of this year, loved it and got so many compliments on it. However the gold is already scratching off and part of the necklace has rust now. I never wear it in water either. Very sad because I spent $60 on this necklace. Would buy again, but wish it would last longer!

I customized iridescent drusty so that the chain was silver, but when I received it, the gem was like half broken like they tried to break it to be straight but it came out a little chunky, but I still loved it!

This necklace compliments my skin perfectly and adds attention to my collar bone in the most beautiful way. This is the second one I've bought. Great price. The ONLY thing is my first one (I bought 7 months ago) was already very worn and needed to be replaced. But for the price I really can't complain much about that.

This is a beautiful piece, the only downside would be the chain was not really that gold.

I love the pendant itself, but the little clip you use to put it around your neck seems to be a bit messed up (it came like this).. I'm worried it's going to break and I will have to find some way to get it fixed or not be able to wear it.

I wish it was just a bit longer. Maybe tan option for current length plus 1/2 more

If you want a small necklace, this is the perfect size

I have a few of these Elisa in silver and one in gold. I really like them; you can layer or just wear alone. My only complaint is that sometimes with my older gold one I'll have to look at it closely thinking it's the silver. Almost looks like the gold has faded but it's always been like that. I've noticed on other people it's not like that so maybe they have improved the gold finish. Still, it's a fun little piece of fashion jewelry to own.
