Love this shoe. Looks great. 5 stars to Zappos for service. I had to exchange for smaller size, not used to European size ranges. Confirmed return, got label and ordered new size. Shoes were delivered the next day. Wow!

So comfy! Pretty too! This will be my go to sandal! Worth the price!

Love these sandals. Nicely styled, and more importantly, they feel terrific. Very comfortable, as you expect from ECCO.

This sandal is exactly what I was looking for -- a sandal that looks great with shorts or skirts and provides support for all day walking. The quality of the materials was excellent and the sandals felt comfortable from the first time I put them on. I was unsure of the size but got helpful and accurate advice from Caitlin (if you wear a 6.5 to a 7, get the 6.5). More importantly, Caitlin made sure I received the sandals in time for my upcoming vacation.

I was surprised these looked cuter on my 6 & 1/2 W foot than expected. To me they looked matronly in the pic but style wise they would have worked. I love the ECCO brand and have had great success with other styles in overcoming difficulties caused by a severe knee injury. However, these missed the mark due to the arch support either not being enough or in the wrong place. So, I opted for a a pair of Romika sandals instead this time.

I needed a dressy sandal in white and this shoe is just what I was looking for. Very attractive and just the right size heel for me. I did notice my right foot wanted to slide toward the inside of the shoe as a couple others had mentioned so I bought a pair of insoles designed for a dressy sandal which help prevent your feet from slipping or sliding in the shoe. You can position them so they don't show and could probably trim them if necessary. I have a bunion on the right foot and the shoe doesn't bother my bunion but maybe that is what's causing my heel to slip toward the inside of the shoe.I have always had good luck with Ecco shoes and Zappo's service is the best. Ordered them on Sunday and got them on Monday!

Really stylish, I can wear with a lot of clothing. These feel a bit big, but I’m not slipping or sliding, I think it’s big in the right places to avoid chaffing. I’m keeping them!

These shoes are so beautiful and I really wanted to keep them. Unfortunately, they ran a tad big on me. Since I'm a size 5 US/35 Euro, there is no option to downsize. They can be worn for any occasion, dressy or casual. I just wish they had fit me better!

I bought these to replace a pair of Ecco Breeze (no longer made) that I got in 2013, which are still going strong after walking all over Europe in them on two different trips and so are finally showing a bit of wear. These are just as cute and comfortable (I got the Moon Rock color, not offered anymore) - the only reason I subtracted a star is that the sole has a sort of "plasticky" quality rather than the long-lived rubber of my previous pair, and I'm not sure they're going to last as long. However, I wore them to work all last spring and am looking forward to putting them to good use again this year. I love Ecco - I also have pair of booties that have been on even more travels, and they're still looking great and carried me through miles of walking around Chicago just last week!

Even with the adjustable strap, I couldn't make this shoe fit snugly. Disappointed because it was very comfy, and although don't love the style, it was fine.

Cute shoe and I wanted to like them, but they were too loose so I couldn't tighten them as much as I needed to for a supportive, comfortable fit. Better for someone with feet that swell.

These are cute but I had the problem mentioned by others, awkward to walk in felt as if my feet were sliding inward. Maybe my feet are the wrong shape for these

These sandals would probably be very comfortable for someone with a wider heel and thicker foot. The toe was all tight for my medium-width feet, but the cross closure - even with the velcro - was still way too loose. Also, I love Ecco...but how about some more colors? Putty may be neutral but doesn't look great against many skin colors. So wider feet? Go for it!

Big on style low on comfort - absolutely no arch support so forget about wearing and walking.

Cute sandal, but too wide for a narrow foot. Thought it might work with the adjustable strap, but didn't.

I very much liked the style, but the fit was not good. I have a narrow foot & a low instep, & they were like wearing boats. Attractive shoes, but sandals and orthotics don't mix. I tried, but they sadly didn't work. I normally have this same problem with all shoes, but not to this degree. Even so, Zappos is still the best!

Really cute! The navy ones have a shiny black strap and silver strap crossing over the toes. My feet are wide, but these run wide- ordered the M but they are too wide and feel loose on my foot. Also very little to no arch support - so they have to go back. Sad, they are very pretty sandals.

The fit was OK, but they look too much like "comfort" shoes and weren't that attractive. Back they go.

Very wide. If your feet tend to "A" width, they will probably not work for you. I had to return.

I had high hopes for this sandal. It's not the most delicate style, but it's better than most of the comfort shoes available. Sadly I have some weird problem, which I discovered too late to return them: my right foot keeps slipping to the inside of the shoe until it feels like it's going to poke out of the insole. But I have to say my left foot is very, very happy: it's one of the most comfortable sandals I've ever had.

I have a pair of Ecco Felicia sandals from a few years back that are the most comfortable, best-fitting sandals I've ever worn. Sadly, this updated model did not fit at all the same way. The strap across the arch now has an elastic insert and the geometry of the straps has changed. The result is a wider shoe, and my foot slides forward so that my toes hang off the end. (I have a long, narrow foot, size 40.) Too bad! Back they must go.

Fit was good but actual straps looked cheap and shiny. Petrol color was also lighter than pictured, more aqua blue. Sent them back .

Thes sandals were comfortable but I am returning them because they squeaked with every step.

The shoe looked old and got worn in 3 months. It doesn't look good and looks completely worn after 3 months. It felt really nice to wear but had a low quality material that made it old much sooner than I expected.
