The color I got was not the deep beautiful teal my computer monitor made it out to be, it was more like a bright emerald green in person. Still pretty, alas I have nothing to match them with. I did try one on to check the fit before sending them back though and decided they were so cute and comfortable that I would just exchange for another color. I'm a size 8 and took the advice of others and sized up to an 8½. I tried it on with very thin sock and could tell that it would be pretty tight with anything thicker, so I am glad that I ordered the 8½. I think I will try the cork color. They are cute boots!

I brought these boots on my Europe trip and they ended up being the most comfortable out of all the footwear I took along. The sole has a lot of shock absorption and the wedge platform is perfect for cobblestones. I also like that the lacing gives it a little bit of a unique look, although it's not too noticeable on the black ones. I plan to get some colorful laces to kick that up a notch! On sizing, I'm usually between an 8-8.5 and I sized up to a 9 because of all of the comments. Initially, I had trouble even getting that on, but now that they're comfortably broken in, I think that I could have gotten away with an 8.5 because they are a little long. I also have a wide foot, and these have a nice wide toebox, but be warned that the hard rubber of the sole surrounds the sides of your foot, and can be uncomfortable if your foot is wide in those areas. I usually wear them with thinner socks because of this reason.

I purchased a half size bigger and at first thought it was a half size too small. I wore them all day and the leather began to give and hug my feet. At the end of the day, I knew a beautiful friendship had begun. I guarantee the next few times we meet, we will fall in love.

So pretty, so comfortable. I saw people looking at them while I walked from place to place. They didn't say anything, because they're jealous! I love 'em!

These are very nice. I would love to take these shoes, marry them with Jambu and restyle them with Ariat boots. These are comfortable, but kind of a weenie. They look like it have more to say in the photos...

I wore these boots from morning to night and they remained comfortable the entire time. Super cute too!

The sizing recommendations were all over the map on this boot. Per them, I first sized down a whole size to 7.5M. That was way too tight, so I went for 8.5M which left a bit too much space to be desired. Third time was the charm and I settled on 8M which is on the small end of my range (anywhere from 8 to 8.5M). So I guess I would recommend going down 1/2 size. As for the quality of this boot, it is great. I got the bronze color and the leather looks rich and glossy. Yes, the coloring does bleed over onto the outer rim where the leather part of the boot meets the sole, but it is all even so it is not noticeable. I like that there are laces to finetune the fit, but frankly, the boot is wide enough at the top that no amount of cinching with the laces will close up the gap around the top of the ankle. So, yes, it does look better under a pair of pants than with a skirt, but that's okay by me. The extra height the wedge provides minus the extra pain typical of extra height is well worth the trade-off. The boot is light-weight and springy. A really good feeling when you walk. And don't worry about the inital squeak; the noise my boots made disappeared after 5 minutes of walking around. Overall, highly recommend. I'd like to see new styles in this brand.

I went up a half size because of the reviews and think that was good advice. Nice, cushy and comfortable. The leather looks slightly more distressed than the photos of the purple boot. I LOVE THEM!

This is one of the most comfortable pair of boots ever.They fit true to size(8M) plenty of toe space and cute to look at. They do squeak on my wood floor, but I didn't buy them to wear indoors- so it doesn't bother me. Love these!

After reading the reviews, I ordered a half size larger than usual, but found that the boot I ordered in cork is too large. I would say that they probably run true-to-size. Nice color, smart style, and I'm sure, are very comfortable in the right size.

I've been wearing these throughout spring, summer, and autumn in Michigan. They're incredibly comfortable, stylish, and durable. My feet run wide and they fit great. The laces are useful for expanding or loosening the shoe to accommodate thick socks or thin socks. Even wearing them in the rain and walking in puddles, I have yet to get my feet wet.

These are awesome boots but I read reviews and thought size 8 would work but they were way too small for me in a size 8 which I usually wear.

I am in LOVE. This is my third (and final) attempt at trying to find the right boots for my high arches on Zappos. Most importantly, size up one full size. As usual, they made the return process beyond easy. Anyway, bought these in black, hoping they would be dressy enough to wear to work and they are. I feel like they look better, sleeker and more beautiful in person than they do online. The leather is rich, and I could walk for days in these. My foot feels completely enveloped in comfort and my high arches totally supported. No need for support inserts. Before buying these I tried the Eric Michael 'Lena' and the Blowfish Bilocate. Both were gorgeous but hurt my feet within minutes of walking. If you're thinking about it, do it. Zero regrets. I might even get another color.

I love the functional lacing! I thought that cute lacing was just for decoration, but it's not--you can loosen or tighten it to fit you better. PLUS there's a zipper. This is my fourth pair of Bionica shoes/boots, so needless to say I'm a believer. Absolutely deliciously comfy, with no--and I mean zero--break-in time needed. I rubbed a little mink oil on them to protect them in wet weather and now I'm wearing them daily. I have plantar fascitis, and these provide great arch support and lots of cushion and support for my heel. I can literally wear these from morning to night and be perfectly happy. Enjoy!

Love this design! I am usually a 10 and needed to return my original order in the TEAL for an 11 in the CORK ( Teal sold out) unfortunately, I think the cork color really looks plastic... the teal somehow looked much cooler. I am returning because I want these in Teal!

Love this boot. I had to order a size six because there were no green boots left for size 6.5. They were too small. I am going to reorder when they come in my size.

Love, love, love these cute and comfy boots. They run small I wear an 8-81/2 and ended up with a 10. The first day I wore them I was on my feet all day. No rubbing, or squished feet. And who doesn't love purple.

So cushy, so comfortable! They run small though. I'm about a 7 to a 7.5 Wide and I first ordered them in a 7. They were so tight I could barely get my foot in! I next ordered an 8.5 and those felt 1 size too big. Now to try 7.5 or 8. They are a great quality shoe and the sole is very, very comfortable.

Loved this boot but the toe bed is a bit on the narrow side. I am a 7.5US size and ordered these in an 8 to be sure that I could wear winter socks with them. I wish they came in wide. But, the leather is soft and I think they will eventually stretch out to be perfect. Color is spot on.

Very comfortable casual boots with a little lift from the platform. I'm between an 8 1/2 and 9. I ordered the 9 and do not think the 8 1/2 would have been comfortable. I like the corset detail. I'm thinking of buying another color. I tried the boots on with pants, casual dress and shorts and they worked.

Gorgeous, unique, and crazily comfortable! Bionica have amazing soles for those of us who spend all day on our feet or walking on concrete. Unlike other shoes, I never get that feeling at the end of the day where Im eager to pUT my feet up. Also, these are such an interesting look with the angular lace up!!! Sadly, my very high arches make it a chore to put these on/off. Either I leave the laces super loose (which looks weird and sloppy), or I need to manipulate the laces as well as the side zipper. The slim fit will never stretch enough that I can use just the side zipper and so I am considering a return. Other than this issue, I highly recommend these shoes.

While I absolutely loved the style of these and thought they had great arch support and great cushion the top of the boot just hits me at a weird spot on my upper ankle so when walking they were rubbing. I love the color and love the style!

A little Frankenstein-ish, in a cute way. I bought the cork in my usual size 6.5. The leather is a beautiful burnished color and very soft. Not crazy about the laces, as they don't really stay tied well. My husband hated the laces but I liked the quirky look it gives them. Also, the shoe was hard to get my foot into, felt a half size smaller and narrower than I thought. Tried it barefoot, the sole is very cushy and supportive, and it does give a bit once on, but I could feel the hard edges of the sole pushing on the outsides of my feet when I walked. You don't notice any height due to the cushy sole, but they give you a bit of height. Will try a half size up (7) and hope they aren't too big.

I love the boots. They are so comfortable, stylish and fun! My only concern is that they are hard to put on so I got a half size bigger. Now that they have loosened a bit, they are slightly too big. They really do fit true to size even if they are a bit tight putting them on initially.
