Joie brand seems to run about a half size smaller than others.

Great looking shoe and it fits nicely around my narrow heel. Sadly the 7.5 is too short and had to send them back. Just got the size 8 and they fit - Thanks Zappos. A cute look that's comfortable too!

The rubber started peeling within 3 weeks of purchasing. Granted, Zappos was great with handling my return. Too expensive to fall apart this quickly.

Very cute!!! Wanted them to work but they just do not fit. This is a very narrow shoe. I initially order a larger size which were too long so I went down a half size which then seemed to short and way too snug. The shoe was very hard shoe and also would not bend. No comfort and I usually still can pull one off. Not this time. Unfortunately I'm having to send them back which is usually a dreadful process. Not with Zappos and their customer service. Not only did they send me the next size down they did not charge me unless I did not send the other pair back within a certain time period. Can't beat this type service.

This is the second style of Joie casual shoe (one from Nordstrom) that I've tried. Love the fashion, but hate, hate, hate the fit and lack of comfort for what appears to be a sneaker slip-on. The shoes from this line are very short and narrow. There is no cushion, despite the deep sole, and the shoe does not bend at all, as one would expect from a casual style. These are made in China, and maybe they are using a Chinese last that doesn't translate to U.S. feet. I sized up 1/2 to an 8 and 1/2, which I usually wear in athletic shoes with socks. Not a chance. If you have tiny feet and do not plan to walk very far, these might do for you. As for me, no more Joie, thank you very much. As always Zappos was great!
