I didn't love the quality of the leather, but maybe for the price it is fair. Zippers can be noisy on footwear, and while these have not one but two zippers on each boot, they did not seem noisy when walking. I was surprised that I did need to unzip both sides on each boot for the best way to put the footwear on. The heel was a nice height, and comfy to walk in. I returned the boots due to them being too tight across my foot (wearing a medium weight sock) and I just didn't love them/the appearance. [I took a photo of the area where they felt tight to me.]

These booties are amazingly comfortable. I am wearing them for the first time today and they were perfect right out of the box. I love the look of them too -- the toe is shaped in a slightly less rounded manner which makes them look a little dressier, but still super comfortable. Can't say enough about these!

Absolutely loved these booties; unfortunately not enough ball of foot support for me. If you are looking for a low heeled ankle boot and don't need ball of foot support I recommend you seriously consider these; really cute.

It's been many years since I have bought a pair of Kenneth Cole shoes. The quality is not what it used to be! These look better in the picture...the leather is poor quality (almost looks plastic) and the footbed is pretty hard. The heel height is really nice and comfortable. Just for fitting reference--I have fairly small ankles, and the opening fits perfectly; if you have swollen or large ankle bones, these may be too tight for you.

I ordered 3 different black boots, almost all the same style. These were my favorite looking ones (really liked the pebbled leather) but I had to return them as the ankle is shockingly tight. The other two pairs, Lucky Brand Basel, and Rockport Carly Bootie, have very comfortable ankles, so it isn't a question of fat ankles. SO only buy these if you have really thin ankles. I ultimately kept the Lucky Brand ones, as they fit the best. The Rockport was nice though. None have good support, but with my 3/4 insoles, they work.

I bought these boots as a gift for my new sister-in-law. She'd been wanting some 'black booties' and these are beautiful soft leather booties that fit the bill. They're the perfect everyday black bootie that can also dress up to go out- with a comfortable sole and just enough heel. She's 5'10'' and felt the height was perfect. These are a no-brainer, especially for the price!

I bought the dark brown suede bootie. Size 9M. Rich dark brown, was easy to slip on with a zipper on each side. The foot bed is slightly padded, and the toe box is roomy enough to wear this winter with socks--but not thick ones. Just what I wanted. Thanks, Zappos! Appreciate the ability to try several pairs before finding this one.

I tried a few other booties before settling on these. They're well made and really dress up a sweater and jeans outfit. Would definitely recommend.

These boots are really nice; both comfortable and attractive. I did have to return my usual size 8 and order a half size up, though. When the second pair came, the box held two right foot boots in two different brands! I called to get advice on returning and had the most helpful person ever. And I got my next pair - a right and a left - the next day.

These boots are great! Comfortable and true to size! I would definitely recommend!

Nicely made bootie, but REALLY long. I usually wear a 6.5 or 7 and ordered the 7 - it wears more like an 8 in length. Also didn't like the way the boot rubbed against my ankle bones.

I had been looking for flat ankle boots for a while and these boots are great, for a very good price. The leather is very soft, and while they are a tough narrow around the base of my toes, I am confident they will stretch as a wear them. Overall quite comfortable and fit under boot cut pants well. great purchase for the price.

I wanted to love these boots which is why I purchased them in both 8.5 and 9 M in case they ran small. The chocolate brown suede is beautiful, just what I need for my dressier slacks and I like the shape of the toe. The problem is the ankle. Both sizes were hard to get my foot into and after getting them on they were way too tight around the ankle. My ankles are not large, I am 5'6", 126 lbs with normal ankles!! I wish the shoe manufacturers would test these designs a little better than this. Also, they need to add more arch support to all types of shoes. Zappos is always wonderful though, love love love Zappos!!!

This shoe felt far too stiff for comfort. Everything else was good but it just didn't feel great enough to keep.

A bit tight around the top so that it was uncomfortable to walk. Seemed inflexible and could have used a hidden elasticized panel somewhere. I knew I probably wouldn't wear them because of this so I returned them.

They were cute basic black booties and pretty true to size, but for me, the top of the bootie hit my ankle just wrong when I walked and were uncomfortable.

These are decent shoes, but the leather is just poor quality for the price and I will return them.

Great looking - excellent quality. Fits pretty tight, which I could work with since the leather will soften over time. But the width at the base of the toe was way too tight. So they're going back! :(
