I recently began working as a security guard in an auto manufacturing complex, requiring a lot of walking around on concrete floors. Unfortunately, I didn't take as much care with support for my feet as I should have, resulting in my first ever case of plantar fasciitis. After a brief stint with cheap half insoles (used them as an emergency stop gap until I could get something better), I ordered three pair of Superfeet insoles: blue, green, and these. My teenage son ended up with the blue, the greens went back, but this pair? This pair went into my work boots and has remained there. They're so comfortable, I often wear my work boots to places other than work. The optional heel stabilizer takes a little getting used to, but it's definitely worthwhile. The material of these is kind of sticky, so it can bunch your socks strangely when you first put your shoes on, but it does help prevent your feet from sliding around while walking. These may not work for everyone, but for me, they were definitely worth the money.

I've been trying to deal smartly with a very bothersome plantar fasciitis flareup, the past 6 weeks. Saw the ortho doc, been doing the standard stretching stuff, taking some things easy, missing workouts boohoo, and other stuff. Saw these and decided to give them a try, add them to my PF arsenal. I do have a pair of the black Superfeet insoles that I wear in minimal shoes. These are worth the money. They have helped me turn a corner, coupled with adding more stretching and using a TENS on my heel for an hour each evening. I wear a standard size 8M in women's street shoes, and an 8.5 or 9 in running shoes. The smaller pair (up to size 8) fit my street shoes perfectly.

I really like these, probably one of the best items I have found to help my feet. I added them to some Cole Haan zero gravity shoes and I actually made it thru a whole day of a trade show! I am going to buy another pair.

Ordered on a Sunday, received on a Tuesday - shipping was fast. On the other hand, I recieved what seem to be a repackaged return. The Insoles themselves had a slight wear pattern of a previous person (not mold lines, etc); and the package was missing the heel cup and the Vibram?® DiFlex Therapeutic foam. The basic insole itself is fine to date though - but for $70, I will probably not repeat the purchase of these insole at Zappos.com.

I’ve had these for two years and I still love them. The way they molded to my foot is amazing. They’re perfect for all of the walking that a New Yorker does every day on pavement. They really did stop the pain in my heels. I certainly want a second pair. if only they weren’t so expensive.... I always order Superfeet one size larger and cut the toe down to put the arch in the right place.

After suffering 4 months with plantar fasciitis a friend suggested Superfeet. Desperate for relief I bought a new pair of dress shoes for work and running shoes for the gym, both with good basic support. I put the Superfeet GO in my dress shoes and the Superfeet green in my tennies......my feet are finally happy again. I never gave insoles much thought before but am now putting them in all my shoes. My plantar fasciitis isnt completly gone yet but definitely on the way to recovery....wont take another step without them. Thanks Superfeet

Bought these a month ago and have noticed a drastic difference. Pain is almost non-existent. Likely buying more for other pairs of shoes!

I am a physical therapist and I volunteer every week at a free health care clinic for uninsured patients. One of my patients at the clinic is a gentleman who has suffered with knee, low back, and foot pain for many years. I ordered him the Go Pain Relief orthotics. He has a job where he is on his feet a lot and has to climb stairs. He has tried many orthotics in the past, but none were very helpful. The patient has been wearing the Go Pain Relief orthotics for two weeks now, and notices a significant reduction in his foot pain at work. He reports that he even now has the ability to exercise after his work shifts, which is important because he can't have a knee replacement until he loses some weight. The patient states that before the orthotics he just wanted to come home and put up his feet because of the pain, but now he has less pain and can do more activity. Thank you Superfeet!

I have rheumatoid arthritis, and I constantly have toe and ankle pain. These inserts have really helped provide the additional support I need, and have helped relieve some of the pain.

After a heel injury, I needed some extra cushioning in my running shoes and these insoles were my savior. I still wouldn't be able run if not for them 6 weeks later. Thank you Superfeet!!

Really happy with Superfeet. I have tendonitis and practically could not walk. This is my second pair of insole. I love them both. This one (GO Pain Relief) is better for my condition. Highly recommend it.

As soon as I put these insoles in my shoes my feet felt great! I sometimes experience planters facistis pain and these insoles have helped. I previously used the green superfeet, but these go pain relief help me more. And it was very easy to use the heel cup, it easily stays in place in my shoe.

I was diagnosed with plantar fascia problems by a podiatrist, and he suggested SuperFeet insoles. I got the Go pain relief insoles a few weeks ago. The SF agent I corresponded with before buying them told me to break them in, an hour the first day, 2 hours the next, and so on. This helped a lot -- the insoles made my feet tired at first but after 2 weeks of breaking them in, they are amazing. So much better than the generic insoles my sneakers came with. I have already recommended them to a colleague who is having similar foot problems.

I bought these because they were recommended to me. I've only had them a little over 2 weeks and my feet feel noticeably healthier. I definitely don't wake up with as many aches and pains.

I was hesitant to pay $70 for insoles because I was skeptical they would relieve the pain associated with my plantar faciitis. My wife swears by her Superfeet Green insoles for flat feet. She claimed Superfeet insoles are far superior to other brands and they actually do relieve foot pain. As always she was correct! Now we are both loyal Superfeet customers.

I bought Super Feet in October upon recommmendation of my Podiatrist. He suggested they may help. I was skeptical but I thought anything would help with the pain. Sure enough when I purchased them in February I received immediate relief! I still have done pain but not as bad as before. I highly recommend Super Feet! They work!!

Looking forward to putting the inserts into a new pair of sneakers that are not 5+ years old. So far, very comfortable. Have been using superfeet inserts for the last 5 years or more. New "Go Pain" feel pretty good. No recent bouts of plantar fasciitis.

Good for Feet, Bad for Ninjas - These inserts definitely help support my high arches and ease my plantar fasciitis. However, after three days they started squeaking as I walk. I ordered a second pair for my other pair of sneakers and suffered the same noisy fate. I keep wearing them because they help my foot pain, but there is no chance I’m sneaking up on anyone. You can definitely hear me coming in these!

They weren’t bad. I had been having foot pain and looking for commercial insoles with arch support to alleviate. These were okay but didn’t do the trick for my personal pain relief. Went with Birkenstock insoles and have been pain free. Also these were too bulky to wear comfortably in my boat shoes - made the shoe too tight across the toes
