I opened the box and I could clearly see the shoes had been very worn. The top of the shoes had creases. The sole of the shoe was very dirty and the stickers were worn off with the sticky glue remaining. Very disappointing when you are paying full price expecting brand new shoes.

The shoes were not as comfortable as some other Clark shoes that I have had. I am returning the shoes.

You sent the wrong size. This is a significant inconvenience and makes me less willing to use this site going forward. I expected shoes today, now I need to not only buy different shoes, I now need to wait a week to get the pair I actually purchased. Extremely inconvenient and entirely defeats the purpose of buying online. Very unhappy with this order
