This shoe looks nice. Made well. However, I have a wide foot and even the width is tight. The heel area was loose. Unfortunately I have wide feet but thin heels!

Loved the look of this shoe. When I tried on the right shoe, it fit perfectly and I thought I had found the navy flat I needed. However, the left shoe gaped terribly when I walked, almost as if someone had stretched out the leather with a wider foot than mine. Luckily, I have Zappo service to help me find another shoe.

I usually wear a 7B, but that size in this shoe was far too big. I sent them back and ordered a 6 1/2. It was tight. I love the look of the shoe, so I've been stretching it -- which has helped. But I'm not sure I'd buy it again.

I have been looking all over in regular stores for gold flats this Spring. I finally went online and have never shopped at Zappos. These came and I am so happy with them. They fit great (without stockings) and I think that I am going to order another gold pair plus the silver color. I like that they are higher over the toes as I have bunions and the seam does not rest right on them. I am just very happy with them and the whole experience of shopping at Zappos.

I wanted a black flat that was professional, comfortable in a job where I'm on my feet, and looked fashionable but not cheap. These look well-made, but not cool (I think it's the rounded square toe). These shoes would be sufficient to wear with pencil skirts, but they don't make me feel stylish. I usually wear a nine, and these were tight, especially rubbing against the back of my heel. I've had Naturalizer boots in the 9 that fit perfectly (which I wore out because I loved them so much), but these flats aren't fitting well. I'm going to return them.

I am not happy with Naturalizer. I thought I would give them another chance. But they never run true to size. I wear a 7½WW and that felt like a wide. Uncomfortable and tight. The colors do not match, one looks like a gold color and the other one is more like pewter. That is strange! The design is lovely, though.

I purchased these shoes in 8.5W and they are to short and too narrow. I have other Naturalizer shoes in this size but they fit me perfectly. The edge of the rib design rubs the top of my right foot and causes pain. The insoles are not comfortable. I am regretfully returning these shoes.

Shoes were present for my mum and she loved them and found them very comfortable!

just what I wanted, a basic black flat. 91/M fit well except it felt too short. Ended up with the 10N and it worked out perfect

The order was for size 6, but it's a little tight (compared to the usual Size 6 shoes I normally purchase elsewhere). Hence I need to return it. I will place another order for a bigger size,

These shoes were a great purchase! I bought them after browsing ballet-type flats. Boy am I glad I picked these. I wear them with almost anything - jeans, a sundress, flowy skirts. I love these shoes. Might be time to check out other colors!

I liked this shoe so well, I ordered a second pair. It is difficult for me to find a shoe that fits well, so when I do, I always get a second pair.

This is still one of my favorite pairs of shoes. It survived elementary school all last year and still feels great. When this pair dies, I'm definitely buying another pair.

Naturalize Jaye Size 8.5 Extra Wide They fit! They were comfortable right out of the box. I have a super wide foot with bunions and a very narrow heel. I struggle finding cute, comfortable shoes that fit both the wide bunions and the narrow heel. These worked! It gets better, they have a very nice leather upper and I am very picky when it comes to the quality of leather. They are a simple design but cute. Better yet, they make my feet look slim. Yes, slim! A miracle. I will have to see what other colors they come in. Thank you Naturalizer and thank you Zappos for carrying them in the Extra Wide width.
