This shoe was comfortable right out of the box and gets even more comfortable with each wear. It is a great casual shoe that can be worn with pants or skirts/dresses. The leather has a slight grainy texture which you only notice if you look closely at it.

Nice quality bootie and comfortable. They fit tts and the leather is a nice medium brown. They are slightly narrow but I have a somewhat narrow foot. Good amount of cushioning and I had no problem walking for several hours in them.

As usual, Sofft makes a great boot. Nice finish inside and out. Great stacked heel. I love the padding inside the boot at arch and the soft lining inside the boot. Great fit--true to size. Comfortable to wear, as the insole is padded.

Love these booties! They are high quality and so soft! Love to wear them with jeans and/ or leggings. So happy with them!

Very comfortable shoes with a lot of support. When I first put them on I felt like the extra support they have in there felt awkward/strange. But after a few minutes it felt fine. I could wear them all day from the first day I wore them.

Beautiful boot! It was between this Sofft West and the Sofft Wend. It's basically the same boot, but the Wendy has laces in the front that can be tightened so they make for a nicer fit - they are a keeper. Both boots fit true to size.

Love these shoes! Perfect fit! I only wish the zipper was on the inner-side of the ankle rather than showing on the outside. But is well made and will be great for fall.

Love these, but too high. Comfortable. I thought they would not be but even with 3", they are even more comfortable then the ones I tried with the platform.

Quite comfortable right out of the box. A bit chunkier than I thought but worked great for my recent business trip to Chicago. Wouldn't wear with skirts or leggings but great with skinnies and trouser style pants.

Great looking boots but a little snug for my high arches. I am a big fan of Sofft shoes and boots because they are usually so comfortable. I wish they came in a wide width.

I LOVE these boots! They are so cute, very stylish looking, are great with all my pants, and very comfortable. Sadly, I have to return them because they are a little too high for me (can't walk all over downtown in them multiple times/day and refuse to wear tennies for that).

These run narrow, so be aware of that. I don't have a wide foot, but these were very tight across the toe box - and oddly loose in the heel. If they weren't a bootie, they'd come right off when I walked. That said, I think they'll stretch over time, and they aren't exactly *uncomfortable* as they are now, but that heel is incredibly loose so I wonder if they'll be comfortable with long wear. There seems to be a decent amount of cushioning in the footbed, which might compensate for that. I got the grey color (no longer available here) and they're just what I wanted. The style is a little more "western" in person than I expected, but once they're on your foot, they don't look hokey. I've only tried these with skinny jeans so far, but they look great. My legs are too muscular to pull off the bootie-skirt/dress combo, but I think these would be very cute like that as well.

I really wanted these boots to work! I normally wear an 8W but since they were not available in W sizes, I ordered an 8.5. Normally this will work. I couldn't even get my foot into the boot. Seem to run very small/narrow. Ordering up another size wouldn't have helped. Back to the drawing board to find a simple pair of black booties.

Returning. Cute shoe, but crazy narrow (I wear an 11M for reference). Also ordered two other pairs: I liked the Aldo Janella better, but the Bandolino Loman best.

I really wanted to LOVE this boot. The styling is nice and great heel height. It seems to run a little small, so I had to return the first pair and get a larger size. Once I received the new pair I was very pleased. On the first day that I wore the shoe (in the first 30 minutes), I fell 4 times. Initially, I rationalized to a number of reasons as to why I had fallen. But really, who falls 4 times in such a short period of time. I finally realized that when on carpeted surfaces everything was fine. But, on smoother surfaces.... down I went. On the last fall, my iPad broke and I had had enough. Wear at your own risk. I'm returning this boot!
