Love Sofft heels! These are no exception. They are comfortable the first time I wore them. These are my 3rd pair of Mandy.

Loved these. Since my feet tend to run more towards wide across my toes plus I've had bunion issues and surgery I bought two different sizes based on other reviews that they ran small. Didn't need to as they fit true to size. Have tried several of the "comfort" brands. This one was the softest and most comfortable for long wear.

I love these! They are comfortable and look great dressed down with jeans or up with a skirt. AND let me just say again, THEY ARE COMFORTABLE!

These shoes are beautiful and well made. They run very small. I usually wear a 6.5 but these were so small I couldn't even put them on.

These soft leather heels were comfortable right out of the box - I was able to wear them for hours on my feet the first day! The padded insoles are like slippers! Love the contrasting heel, too!

I've been trying to buy lower heels and was a little concerned these might be uncomfortable, but they are fantastic. One of the most comfortable pair of heels I've ever had. Love them.

Yes! I finally found a great pair for my arthritic feet. The padding and moderate arch support make these super comfortable. I bought the grey animal print just for fun, but will definitely be buying these in more colors.

These shoes are gorgeous. I bought them for my daughters' wedding in December. Have been wearing them around the house thinking I need to break them in. This is not the case. They were comfortable from the moment I put them on, I originally ordered the 7 medium and sent them back for the 7 wide.

These beauties hardly feel like high heels at all. They're very sturdy and absolutely gorgeous. 11w looks narrow at first but fits like a soft glove. The gray print also has almost a metallic quality. Sofft is usually really good with arch support which shapes to your feet. If you have high arches however you might need an insert.

Love these shoes! They look great and feel even better! The first time I put them on, they felt like a pair of slippers. I highly recommend these shoes.

Unfortunately it appears that this brand does not carry many half sizes. The shoes are fantastic but I am going to have to return them. That is a shame.

I wore them all day on the first day I got them. They are very comfortable so far.I am going to check for other colors.

I have a slight bunion and usually most shoes hurt but these are very comfortable due to the slight support in the insole and even with the height (especially with the platform added), I can wear this during work all day. I love the brown tone in the shoes. Since the shoe is slightly bigger, I had to buy Self Adhesive Pads to add to the back of the shoes to fill the space/gap.

REALLY tight, short and VERY narrow. I wish I could've gotten the 7.5 Wide but it was sold out. Good cushioning. For the money I would expect much nicer materials though.

Cool shoes, but a little too bulky for me. The platform just made the look a little strange. Love the brand's other shoes, though!

I really wanted to love this shoe. I always wear an 8.5 M, but really had to squeeze my toes into that size. My baby toe was pinched. I'm afraid a 9 will slip on the heel. The foot bed is heavily padded which is nice, but I could tell I wouldn't be able to wear them comfortably for very long.

I absolutely love the look of this shoe, and was very excited to have such a "pretty" shoe also be very comfortable. However, I can't keep them on...my foot constantly pops out of the shoe. I have a friend with the same issue. I wear a size 9 with the Miranda, so didn't realize I might need a smaller size with this shoe. Pretty disappointed...and wish the issue had been more apparent when I had just tried them on, before I wore them to work.

I love the look and style of these shoes and have tried to order them in three different sizes and none have fit. The regular width was too tight but the wide width was too big...both in an 8 1/2 which is my usual size. I also tried an 8 wide but it was just a little too small in length to be comfortable enough to wear out. I don't usually have to order anything in a wide width so do feel these run small and narrow. With a rounded toe, I expected them to be a roomier pump but they definitely were not.

DO NOT accidentally buy these or any other shoes from their premier line. The quality is atrocious. The insoles are not leather like they are on regular Sofft shoes. They don't fit like regular Sofft shoes; very uncomfortable. Considering the quality of the work, they should not cost a penny over $5. They use cheaper materials."Workmanship" on it is worse than Wal-Mart. But, they slap the word "premier" on them and charge as if it was a high quality product. Absolutely disgusting. Very disappointed with Sofft.

I was very disappointed with this shoe. It looks so cheaply made for the money. The material of the shoe is so hard and unyielding. I sent it back immediately. Zappos is my "go to" but not this time.
