Lovely shoes, but too loose in the heel and too tight for my toes such that it aggravates my Morton's neuroma.

I have a moderate bunion on one foot and wear a size 10.5 wide or 11 medium. I am looking for low heeled shoes for office and theater. This shoe was pretty but very stiff and not wide enough.

OMG! These shoes are so beautiful and quite comfortable. You can tell that they are made of superb quality materials and craftsmanship. Love them! And Zappos, as always, is the very best!!

These shoes are truly remarkable. They are really stylish, in a rather understated way. They are also very flattering and amazingly comfortable! I have trouble with a lot of shoes that tend to have smaller toe boxes. This shoe doesn't bother my wanna-be-bunion one bit! What was even more amazing is that I put them on when they arrived and promptly walked out the door for an all-day meeting. They were still comfortable when I got home at 9pm. That says a lot for any shoe, but especially one that is as attractive as this. Great arch support and nice leather lining. AAAA++++

I love the classic style of these shoes. European sizing is a bit tricky. I ordered the 5 which should have been my normal 7.5 US size, but it was too big. Returned it for a 4.5 (7 US) and it is perfect. I have a pair of boots from this brand that are size 5 (7.5 US) and they are perfect. Regardless, the return/exchange was easy and quick.

Still a bit expensive though bought at discounted price.

I really wanted to like this shoe. I had a wedge loafer with a similar patent pattern I was trying to replace. It seems very comfortable, but it runs large. I'd over at least a half size down. The toe could be narrow for some, it worked well for me. But the shoe looks a bit matronly on the foot to me--could be fine for a conservative suit look.

These are fashionable and comfortable! I just got these and I love the way they look. Unfortunately, they run half a size large so I had to order another pair in a smaller size. I cannot wait to wear these to work. They will definitely add interest to the usual boring corporate style office wear.

Run very big. Even the suggested size was a half size too big. After finally finding the right size, I have an extremely comfortable pair of shoes for work. I spend my days running from client to client in the city.

I wear a 7.5 shoe. I ordered the 5. It was too big, so I sent it back and ordered a 4.5... Still to big! I really like the shoe, and will try a 4. I have NEVER had to do this before. I will update when the size 4 arrives.

I sent the first true size back and received my second pair in 1/2 size smaller and it is so perfect.. Very well made and perfect for spring fasion.

These shoes are so snappy and cute. But I wear a 5 and they were too big. Would love to try them in a smaller size, but they don’t come smaller. Back to Zappos they go.

I have worn a pair of Trotters (flats) with pants sets and nice outfits and hoped to find a pair of cute shoes to start wearing. Cute they wear but I can't keep them on my feet. So I have to return.

I really loved the look of this shoe. I liked the square toe, it was more comfortable than a pointy or almond shaped toe. Unfortunately I had to return this size 5.5 because my right foot kept slipping out of the shoe. The left shoe fit a little better, but my foot did not stay snug in the shoe. I usually wear size 6, occasionally 6.5. This is a classy shoe. Was disappointed I had to return. Not sure if I'll try for a smaller size.

These did not work for me. My heel slipped out of the show when I started walking as I do have a narrow heel. Also, they were so so so stiff. They felt like a cheap pair of shoes not made for comfort. I would expect more for this brand at this price point. Thank goodness Zappos has such easy returns.

i ordered the UK6 and it was way too big (it fits in other brands). I ordered the UK5.5 and the right shoe fit ok but the left was too long. How is this possible? I am not hard to fit, these shoes were not well sized. Too bad, they are really cute and i would have liked to keep them. But i wasn't up for ordering a dent size, so i bought something else. Thanks for the great service, Zappos!

Good looking shoes but mine are marked wrong inside the shoes and on outside of box. I ordered 7&1/2 but the pair I received are enormous, at least a 9 or bigger. Will give it another try and return this pair.
