I have had these for a year now. These are the most comfortable, and best fitting boots I have ever had. They are sturdy enough to ride in and soft and comfortable to walk for hours in. They are warm and just the best! Worth every penny!

Wide calved riders out there, you're in luck! I have trouble with boots because I'm rather short, and stout. For reference, I also have the Heritage Contour II boots, and I wear the full/short sizing. These boots are awesome because the laces make the fit so adjustable and comfortable! They are perfectly waterproof, heavy duty, and well insulated. They are built nothing like the cheap footbed of most paddock boots and riding boots, they are seriously comfortable, and I have no issue trekking around in them. They're also really pretty, I get compliments all the time on them! I would absolutely recommend.

They are so comfortable! I was hesitant to purchase them because they are more expensive than I usually am willing to pay for boots, but they are so comfortable and very well made! I am so happy with this purchase!

I will confess to now having 2 pairs, one for the barn and one for everywhere else. Thats how much I love them! The Gore-tex makes all the difference, even if your feet get sweaty you don't get that awful clammy feeling. I used to switch socks and boots constantly to keep my feet warm. Nothing worse then getting warm in your car, cool off while tacking up, and then really get cold while riding. These boots keep everything much more even, and I don't need toe warmers unless its under 10. Really like them during mud season too, no problem in the puddles and they are even comfortable when the temp goes up. Like those mornings that start at 20 and then are 50 by the afternoon.

I seriously bought these to keep my feet warm while I muck stalls in the dead of winter. This winter we actually had many days at below zero temps. They not only kept my feet warm but my calves as well. Wore them to Rolex (aka The Kentucky 3 Day Event) not only did several unknown people compliment on how good looking they were, so did a few of the riders. Ariat owes me because I sold several pairs of their boots.

I absolutely LOVE these boots. Not only were they comfortable from day 1, but they were warm even in Montana in the winter. Waterproof, supportive and stylish to boot. I would not hesitate to buy another pair.

I bought these boots a year ago, I wanted a tall, weather-resistant boot that could also keep my feet warm and these boots fulfill all those plus they look great. I receive compliments on them every time I wear them out and they are so comfortable I find myself wearing them more often than other more "winters" boots. I wear a size 8.5 in athletic shoes and ordered these in a 9 and they fit perfectly with medium weight socks.

Opening the box was like opening a treasure chest, they were so carefully packed you could see Ariat pays attention to detail,I appreciate that. These beautifully made boots get me lots of compliments on a daily basis, they are super comfortable during 7-8-9 hr shifts on my feet. They are leather but got a few scuff marks on them already. I wear size 10 and I ordered that size ,they look big and bulky but they fit like a glove. They came with an extra pair of laces.

I've had these boots for several months now. It is the best footwear purchase I've ever made. Completely waterproof (see photo), warm, comfortable for walking or riding, cleans up nicely, very stylish. I get compliments on them every day. They haven't broken down in the heel like many zip up boots do. Except on the hottest days of summer, I don't go outside without these boots on my feet.

I have been riding in michigan for over 25 years. We have some very cold winters. I love the style and quality of these boots but they were really heavy and there was absolutely no way they were going to even remotely keep my feet warm. I returned and got mountain horse winter boots that are the exact same style, $150 less, extremely comfortable and extremly warm. My last pair of winter boots from mountain horse lasted 10 years. I'm clearly not switching brands.

I've had these about a year. I had to walk through a small creek and the moment I stepped in the water, water starting to enter my boots through the zipper part of the boot. So I had to walk and work the rest of the time with wet cold feet. If you don't get your feet wet they are very warm. I can't wear them long due to the part that meets the bend at the back of the ankle rubs and causes a blister. No matter how tight or how I lace them up. It's a lot of money to invest in a pair of boots at are subpar.

I normally LOVE all my ariats. I am a solid size 7 and they always fit perfect. These were uncomfortable at first (I should have returned then), but I figured I just have to break them in a little. However, I have found that wearing them all day long they start to painfully hurt, right about where the dark brown leather and the lighter colored leather above the ankle meet. So I can only wear them for a short period of time. I have the Coniston boot and LOVE LOVE IT - as I live where there is more rain than anything else and NEED waterproof. Wish I would have returned right away, since they are so expensive and so uncomfortable to wear.

Although these boots are beautiful I do have a couple of complaints. One of them is they do not stay zipped while riding. I ride professionally and I'm in and out of a saddle most of the day and I'm having to constantly pull the zippers back up! Second I am 5'5" and these boots are borderline too tall for me. They are rubbing the inside of my knee but I'm hoping as they soften up they will drop some (fingers crossed). On a positive note I will say, I am a 7 1/2 and they do fit perfectly and I have a wider calf and they accommodate that.

Beautiful and WARM boot but for the price I am beyond disappointed that the dark brown material is not leather! If you scruff up the toe of the boot, the material will come off. I don't understand why Ariat chose such a cheap and weak material. I first wore my boots on an errand in town and when I got home, there were already a few marks on the toe of one boot. I do not imagine they will look nice once I start wearing them to the barn.

Purchased these boots for my lady and in short time the zipper would not stay up. It needed a clasp to keep it from sliding down.

I was so excited to buy these boots because I love the way they look and how multi purpose they could be. However they are only made for people with very skinny calves. No option for wide calf. Even fully unlaced I could not make these work. Very disappointed.

I have wide calves and thought oh cool they lace up. Nope still not wide enough in the calves for me. I was really disappointed that they do t make boots for wide calves like mine. So don't waist your time or money.

I bought these but had issues from the start with the zippers. They wouldn't unzip all the way, yet when I got them zipped, the zippers kept unzipping. Not the quality I had expected for the price. Sending them back.

There was a scratch on them when I received them and you could tell they tried to polish it with the wrong color . I need them so not exchanging because I'm still trying to get a credit for a pair of boots I returned 2 months ago . Frustrating for sure

Have ad these boots for just under 18 months. They are a great fit, good comfort and warm in the winter cool in the summer. However, having cleaned and treated them regularly in the last 18ish months the leather has cracked and the stitching has come away. Really disappointed considering the price of these boots. I really though my they would last a decent length of time.
