Great boot. Comfy enough to wear all day. Grippy for riding and easy to hose off at the end of the day

Zipper sticks pretty bad at ankle. I am hoping it if I add a zipper pull and wax it and work it I will see improvement. This boot runs a tiny bit bigger than any of my other Ariats but that is ok since I will be wearing heavy winter socks.

The heel is little higher than I would like. I'm not sure if I like the feel of a higher heeled rain boot. I'm on the fence about them because they are warm and dry. Not snow boot warm though, but close!

The calf size was way too small so I had to return them. I am 5'3" and 140 lb. No one would describe my legs as heavy. But I could not zip up the size 7 boots even on my bare legs, much less with winter riding clothes on. A disappointment for sure.

I absolutely lived these boots, got them on sale but had to return due to zipper didn't go all the way up calf. Too tight on calf and I do not ever get wide calf ariats. I was so disappointed because I lived them and caught a great sale! Need a wider calf, we are all not built like stick figures!

Great boots, but too small for my calfs. Super sturdy and was looking forward to riding in them.

I Absolutely love these boots, I wore my first pair out and needed a second! However, Im a little disappointed in my newest pair as the stitching along where the leather meets the rubber portion on the sides where the foot breaks over of each boot is pretty poor. The rubber seam is even separated. It also rubs along the backside of my heels, which my first pair never did. Unfortunately, these boots wont last as long as my first pair and sadly I will be pretty hesitant to purchase again. Overall, I love the product, but for the price I would expect the quality to be better than what I recieved.

I love the fit and look of these boots and would have rated higher but I can't say they are waterproof. I walked thru some water in these ( they are new) and I could feel water seeping into the boot - got my socks wet so beware of that

I'm on my 4th pair of these. The first couple were great and lasted all winter. The last 2 the quality has tanked. I got a whopping 2 months out if my last pair before the stitching came out at the sole. What has happened to ariats quality?

I bought these size 6.5 and the foot fits perfect but I need a wider calf so had to return them. I would definitely buy them if you offer a wider calf.

I don't know if it's just me or not but this boot seems very short, I looked on the box and there wasn't a "short" or "tall" option. Otherwise very nice looking boot and fairly warm.

I bought these boots mid winter and they were wonderful to ride with in the cold. The first puddle I stepped in my foot got soaked. I returned the first pair to the store I had purchased them from and received a second pair. These I held under water before wearing them. The foot bed on them is waterproof, but the zipper area is not. If you are looking for a great winter riding boot and can avoid puddles they work great. If you are going to be in water, I would not recommend this boot. I'm really not sure how they can advertise these boots as waterproof. I love the fit and ride more in cold than wet so I did keep my second pair. I would recommend this as a winter riding boot not a waterproof boot.

Mine came in the mail this morning and I have been wearing them all day to break them in. I wore the Ariat Dixie (Size 8) for years with pantsuits in court for trial because they fit my feet perfectly. High arch, nice narrow heel cup. These are loose in the heel, no arch support and tight on the instep. Size 7.5 is a little large (except for the instep) -- even very loose on the calf. I can stick my forearm down them. I will keep them and see if I can modify the arch support and find a way to make the heel cup more secure. Well made product. I would go down a size, but an afrain my very high instep might not go in. Could use more support in the ankle. We'll see how they ride tommorrow... a little pricey for a muck boot, so I hope I can revise them to my feet.

They are overall okay, not a fan of the suede on the inside of the leg. The inner boot part rubs on your heel and the leather gets stuck in the zipper and is impossible to get out. They are warm and waterproof. You can definitely find a better boot for the price.

My boyfriend had bought me these boots Christmas of 2021. The material quality is decent, and the lining on the inside is super soft and warm. The foot size is perfect, women's 10.5, runs a little bigger than Ariat's typical fit but also allows for thick socks. The foot and ankle area is a little bulky and doesn't allow for a lot of flex. About 4 inches up from the bottom the zipper on one boot gets stuck most of the time, and the calf closure on the other one is too small. The calf size is great up to the last 2 or 3 inches where the sizing drastically changes and gets so tight that you cant finish closing them, and I do not have large calves. The uppers are not adjustable, the top adjustment loops are pretty much just there for looks. I tried to ride in them without snapping the tops, but the zippers ran down mid ride and my boots filled with snow. This is unfortunate because these boots are expensive and I had really been looking forward to riding in them. This is the first time I've ever been disappointed in an Ariat product.

Bought these on half-off sale and now I understand why. As I have been riding more my calves have grown and the boot it too tight to wear. I will follow another posters idea and sell them to a tinier legged rider.

Ariat needs to make this in a wide calf. It is too tight under the knee, not only for me , but for several friends who tried it on. I would buy another pair in a minute if they came in wide calf. I sold my pair to a skinny legged friend. I also don't like the hook on the top of the boot. Either velcro or a buckle would be more comfortable. Workmanship was excellent. Really sad I can't wear these as I need them and would use them daily.

I tried these on and loved them - just what I was looking for but they didn't go over my calfs. PLEASE make these in a WIDE CALF size. With all the chores we girls do, our calves get bigger, so come on make them in a Wide Calf size. I've seen others ask you for the same thing, so it can't be just me! KC

I should have listened to the previous reviews! They are right. Super tight in the calves. Foot part fit great, but I have no idea how you wear these, the calves are so tight and I don't have big calves!

On paper these boots sound great. Indeed they are insulated & warm, seemingly waterproof, and better looking than a typical muck boot. But they are strangely manufactured. The zipper in the back makes for poor flexing when you walk. The calf strap at the top is already at its loosest option and it strangles my skinny calves. Whose legs would need it tighter? Maybe a 10 year old who wears $250 boots-haha. Hoping these would work, I tried 3 different pair, but all are returned. 1st pair size 7.5 was really roomy & clunky like a muck boot. 2nd pair, 7.0 was better but the snaps were defective (one broke off the leather strap, other wouldn't re-snap). 3rd pair, 7.0 too tight. Boohoo, I'll keep looking.

Would not recommend. Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Zippers do not work very well. To the point that I cannot even wear. I did try on in the spring when I received them. They fit and the zipper seemed to work with some struggle. When winter came I realized that the right foot zipper took a lot of effort to zip. I knew it would be impossible to unzip if I had it on my foot.

the boot folded in and hit my Achilles tendon area. I guess too much material/circumference. Disappointing because it is a lovely boot and otherwise fit. Just a very strange width to the shaft as opposed to the room in the toe box and foot area, which were perfect.

I ordered these boots for cooler, wetter weather and was excited to receive. Unfortunately, the zipper on the right boot is a nightmare and won't zip up or down. I had a couple of friends look at the boot to make sure I wasn't too weak to zip (although the left one operates without issue). No one could budge the right zipper. I wanted to return to have repaired or replaced however that isn't an option - only option is to wait for a refund which doesn't help as I actually wanted the boots. I tried to call customer service multiple times on multiple days with no success in reaching a human. I left my callback number however no one called back.
