First off, let me say that these are gorgeous. Just feeling that soft lovely leather. I love a good boot and these are it. The color, the texture, everything is just intensely gorgeous and well worth the price. They are a bit narrow in the foot though. I'm hoping they break in with a little wear or I'll be taking them to a cobbler for a stretching.

These boots are awesome! I hemmed and hawed because of the price, but finally decided to buy them and am so glad I did! I normally wear size 8 shoe, and usually and 8-1/2 boot, but both those sizes of this boot were too small. 9 fits great, however. They'll go with a lot and last for years. So to anyone who wants a boot that's not too feminine and and not too masculine, these are it! I love Veronica Slouch! And I bought them from Zappos because of their excellent customer service, shipping, and return policy!

I love my boots! I wear with anything and get compliments each time I wear them. I have big calves and have never found a boot without a zipper, that fit, but these fit perfectly! The leather is much softer than the picture indicates. I would probably buy a half size larger than a regular shoe.

These boots were great right out of the box! They were exactly as described, and true to size. I wore them all day and found them very comfortable. I think I've worn them every day since. I love them, definitely worth the price.

I love my Veronica Slouch boots from Zappos so much that I want another color! I didn't even need to break them in. They are so comfortable. I love the fit! The best pair of boots I've ever owned.

I love my Veronica Slouch Frye boots. I purchased the dark brown color and it goes with everything in my closet. I was worried about the sizing because it\'s based on a size 7 and I\'m a size 10, but they fit perfectly. I\'m still in the process of breaking them in and they\'re starting to soften up. I teach, and am on my feet a lot and they are very comfortable if you have to stand as much as I do. Zappos\' free shipping was a blessing because I went back and forth ordering about 8 or 9 different pairs of boots before I settled on these. The boots were wider than I expected in the calf area which was important to me because that is often a problem area for me. I found the leather to be of good quality with a well-made sole. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Gotta love Zappos. I ordered these at 8 pm, a little worried because they were expensive. They were on my steps by 6 the next night and I love them, so I didn't have to sweat it for very long. The boots are gorgeous and very comfortable. They are a little slouchier than they appear in the photo, but not a problem. I got them in the saddle color and it is the perfect medium brown hue. I can't stop staring at my feet! If you are worried about your calves being too big for these, don't. They are quite commodious. Thanks Frye and Zappos!

These boots run a 1/2 size smaller than normal! I ordered my regular size 7 1/2 and was surprised how small they felt, especially considering the shape of the toe box. I returned them for an 8 and now they are perfect! I definitely felt the need to add a cushioned insole into these since the footbed is pretty hard. Worth the price. The boots look great, good leather (actually softer & lighter than they look) and are very well made. I know I'll have them for a long time!

These boots are really great. They are not as heavy as the Frye Engineer boot, so can be casual or more dressy, plus they are comfortable. The distressed black color is really pretty, not as splotchy as it looks in the picture.

Love these boots! I've been looking for some tall, comfortable boots for a long time and these finally arrived. I have big calves and these fit without a strain. And they're broken in, right out of the box.

I love these boots. Bought them in black, 1/2 size bigger, they look great with everything. Took about 3 weeks of wearing them off & on to break them in; it was worth the blisters. I will buy them in another color as soon as possible; pricey, but, I look at it as an investment.

I love my boots! They are true to size and a little narrow across the top of the foot (my feet are not wide so it's not a big deal). They look beautiful, just like the picture. My kids tease me, they think they look like motorcycle boots, but they are perfect for everyday with leggings or skinny jeans.

Most loved footwear in my closet! I wear a 6.5 and ordered 7 - perfect! Everyone stops me in the street and asks where I got these boots (even guys!). Super comfortable to walk around town in too. Makes me wonder why I use to stagger around in high heeled boots when these look and feel so much better. Am saving up to buy another color, then branch out to more Frye styles.

I LOVE these boots. They are so awesome looking. I got my size but could only get them on barefoot. It was impossible to put them on with a sock, even the THINNEST sock. I have to send them back and I am left with a broken heart. They do not have the next size up in stock.

I love, love, LOVE these boots! You do need to order a half size up to get a comfortable fit. They are equally cute with jeans tucked in or with a skirt. I'm glad I took the plunge and bought them!

I love these boots. They are soft with adjustable straps, making them easy to put on. I wear wide/large calf boots and these were perfect when I rounded up to the next larger half size.

Love these boots. I love Frye in general and these boots really lived up to my expectations. I ordered a half size larger than I usually do to make room for socks. I love these boots! They fit great and were comfortable enough to wear all day right out of the box. They look good with skirts, dresses and leggings. Expensive boots but classic style will last for years and be worth every penny.

Comfort shoe aficionado loves her Fryes - I've been a comfort shoe fanatic for years--but I was totally seduced by the awesome appearance of these boots. I admit I am a boot-a-holic, but have stuck with comfort shoe brands thus far. This year, my two-year-old Born boots wore through at the sole, and my cobbler told me that short of gluing new soles on, there was nothing he could do. "Shoes like that," he said, "are made to be thrown away." I then vowed to spend a little more on my shoes if it meant I could be comfortable AND have shoes that last through the years. And I worried that the Frye Veronica Slouch would be uncomfortable, or stiff, but I've been so happy. True, they don't have super arch support, but you could add inserts. They have great bones, though, and are incredibly cool looking, and are comfortable within an hour of putting them on. Did I mention I am super picky about shoes? I bent these at the sole a few time with my hands and they were ready to wear for a three mile walk. I wear my shoes hard, and I'm looking forward to wearing these hard for years to come. Looking super-bad as I do it.
