These were a gift for my grand-daughter. I liked them so much I kind of wanted to keep them for myself. Unfortunately, she loved them, too.

I actually like the more bumpy texture of the loose knit yarn of these socks. It is very soft and warm on my feet. The socks were a bit higher than I thought, I am 5'1", size 7 shoe, and they just barely reach to the top of my calves when stretched, below the knee.

So comfortable, cozy, & well made. Definitely recommend
