I love these boots so much that I'm ordering another pair for when I inevitably wear my first pair out. I'm tall so the low heel is perfect for me. They're extremely comfortable and give great support (I do a lot of walking). The style is low key which I love. I've had these for almost a year and wear them quite often during the spring/fall/winter months and they are holding up extremely well. Definitely worth the price!

Very cute boot but it runs a little short. I usually wear a size 9 but I would need a 9.5 or 10 in this.

I wanted to like this boot but the proportions were just off for me - too short for what I was looking for. But I mainly wanted to let others know this boot runs SMALL! I could barely get my foot in the boot, which was surprising since it was so short! I'd definitely be ordering a full size up to accommodate socks if I had liked the style.

I was trying to replace a pair of well loved and well worn boots, but they are no longer made. So...the search finally led me to these boots. Because of Zappo's easy return policy, I thought I'd give them a try. They are very cute in person. The black suede is a nice shade, as another reviewer mentioned. To me, they feel pretty true to size. I wear a 7.5 - 8, got these in a 7.5, and they are comfortable with thin wool socks.

Comfortable for short distances. Not a lot of support, but still a nice boot for casual wear. I wear with jeans and casual pants.

I've been looking high and low for a pair of supple, attractive ankle boots and these finally passed muster. As others have noted, they do run small, I usually wear an 8 and the 8.5 just barely fits without socks. But they are very soft inside and I suspect they will stretch a tad. Unlike another reviewer, I really dig the strip of colorful fabric around the inside of the top; you just get the tiniest peek of it when the boot is on and it gives the boot a more Southwest feel. I wish it came in a neutral grayish-brown.

Fits perfectly on a real narrow foot, true to size, enough support to not slip out. Great overall.

These shoes fit great! I have small feet and have a hard time finding my size (5), but these fit perfectly. The material feels awesome and I get lots of compliments!

The size was right. Width was right. I was able to wear the arch support that fits over with an elastic band. The liner doesn't come out so I did not put my orthodics in. Could use a little more overall padding, but I don't plan on doing a lot of walking in them.

Absolutely love these boots. At first felt a little snug, as has been my experience with Minnetonka products. But wore them all day at work and so comfortable. Now they are my go to choice for daily wear. I think I'l buy another pair in brown.

This is a great bootie for causal wear. I bought the brown pair after a friend had the black pair. I liked them so much I then bought the black.

Exactly what I was looking for. Wore them all day and the were very comfortable. I bought my exact size and they were perfect even w socks on.

I ordered these in my normal size 7 1/2 but they were very difficult to get on even with the zipper and they were snug once my foot was in. I returned them for the size 8 and they fit well. Very cute boots with jeans, the little bit of fringe is stylish without being too much. Love Zappos for ease of return/exchange.

These are really cute booties. I ordered a size up based on other reviews and they were too big so I reordered in my regular 5.5 size and they fit great (even with light weight socks). I put an orthotic insert in because there is no arch support and that works well. They're cute with leggings and jeans!

These boots are so cute. Not too westerny, and very versatile for low booties. The black color is good too (it does not look cheap at all, which is a peril of black boots). The only caveat with these boots for me was breaking in the heels (which was a surprise somewhat!). I needed to wear Band-Aids for the first several wears. But, I think these will wear well and I have been wearing them with jeans, black pants, tights/dress, etc. They are very versatile.

Great fall/winter booty for my 5th grade daughter. Stylish without a high heal. They run a touch small, so order a 1/2 size larger.

They're simple, they're cute, they fit. Love the low heel so they can go with jeans or dressier pants. The brown is a perfect medium color, but I got the black too. These will be my fall and winter out-the-door footwear. I'm a 7 - not much extra room, but they do fit OK.

These boots are very comfortable. I teach middle school; on tile over cement floors, and I love the comfort. The sleek look; makes these go with dresses, skirts, pants. They are so adaptable. The fit was true to size.

I feel these run slightly wide and definitely a half to a full size small. These are one of my most worn shoes - I find them comfortable for long distances and wear them often when traveling. After about a year, the fabric on the inside of the heel wore through and the plastic started cutting into my skin. I'll likely have to get them fixed by a cobbler, but got a pretty good wear out of them before that happened.

These are really cute and I love Minnetonka, but they are too small. They are also shorter than I thought they'd be. I should have taken note from the person(s) who said they run small. :o(

I always add an insole to my shoes. So, I would say there is no arch support but I am able to wear them all day at work and I work on my feet. They are exactly as pictured.
