The shoe was good. It slipped in the heel when he walked, but I purchased the back heel non-slip pads, and now it is good.

Nice looking shoe and comfortable. This is my second pair. My only complaint is that they don't come in wide, but that's a Sketchers issue, not Zappos.

Great casual day-to-day shoe. Very comfortable from day 1. These shoes are a great deal for the price.

This is my second pair and I love them and the quality is great. They are a little snug at first to slip on and off but over time that relaxes.

These are my favorite shoes. They are extremely comfortable. And noticeably light. The first pair fail apart in two months. I should have returned them. The second pair lasted me about a year and half before they were looking worn out. I just purchased my third pair. I hope they last as long as the second pair.

My complaint is not about the shoe, but about getting used shoes instead of new ones. My wife and I have been customers for as long as I can remember, and the disappointment of getting shoes, that appear to have been used for a month or more, passed off as new shoes, for which I'm paying full price for is outrageous! Please see the side-by-side pictures of two pairs of shoes I ordered and received 1/6/21. Also see a close-up of the brown pair. The black pair was ordered because I like those so much, I didn't want Skechers to stop carrying that style.
