These shoes are comfortable but disappointed in the quality. The stitching is coming apart on the top (where the shoes bends) after only 5 months of weekday (office) use.

Had a few issues with these shoes and Zappos took great care of me to fix it! When I received the first order, the right foot felt about a half size too big... called up Zappos, boom! New pair on it's way. Got the second pair and the left shoe on the top of the shoe, the stitching was coming undone... BOOM another pair on it's way from Zappos. Third time was the charm, these shoes fit great, I love them! Comfortable and stylish... I couldn't be happier : )

The length and width of these shoes feel true to size. The shoe is mostly comfortable except the rim of the shoe opening at the heal. The rim is quite rigid and rubs against my heal. I'm hoping it will soften up soon with wear. If I had to walk a long distance in them, I think it could rub to the point of hurting.

I ordered these shoes for my Dad in another state based on his needs. They are exactly what he needed. They are light weight, comfortable and the insoles give him the support he needs. I've been a Zappos customer before a lot of people knew who Zappos were. Even though I can go to the mall up the street and get what I need, I shop Zappos because of their impeccable service and quality. Returns or any other issues are never an issue with this company. Zappos is awesome in every way!

I am wearing this shoe a lot now. I was looking for something with a little more style to it, but, for the price and function, this shoe works out great. Surprisingly comfortable too - definitely surpassed my expectations on that front.

I'm a previous Skechers buyer, and when I bought this model I know that it will fit good. No complaint with my shoes, and they arrived on time and well packaged. The relaxed fit shoe line is awesome, very comfortable and excellent for daily use. I walked almost all New York (Manhattan, Central Park, Brooklyn, Etc.) with my first Skechers Relaxed fit, and they passed the test!!

Bought these for my son. The heel and arch area were too wide and he was walking out of the shoe. A half size down would’ve been too small so we just returned them and hope we can find a pair that fits him. He said if the heel and foot area hadn’t been too wide, seemed like they would’ve been comfortable.

The shoe looks nice and it is very comfortable. My concern is that the tread keeps breaking free. I have had to re-glue parts of the rubber on the bottom back together. I wear these shoes to the office so I am not very tough on them.
