Love Haflingers and have many pairs and took advantage of the sale. Cut tags off but one pair had end of plastic piece through upper into the slipper bed. I can’t get plastic piece from the bed. Called to return but very confusing because of sale and promo. I wish Haflinger had quality control. Also wish returning 1 item from multi-item order with promo was less confusing.

These are so cute .. got the grey ones with the jumping cat. But they are snug and quite uncomfortable. They may have stretched out over time . The reason I am returning them is that the stitching around the edge feels like carpet binding and is quite scratchy and hard. This will not improve with wear.
